damn, I'm suprised that a fight hasn't broke off in the middle of the pitch at least 3 different times because Austria is being so feckin' physical!

Jess- Yeah I did! oops, that's punishment for not checking my post

Yay, Germany won and Poldi scored twice! :D Poland looked like they could score for about a 20 minute period after half-time, that Brazillian/Polish player gave them a bit more creativeness. But I still think Germany looked a lot better and got a deserved win.
I think maybe Poland will have a better chance than people expected, they weren't too bad apart from the defence, who were everywhere!

Podolski was good, same with klose :D I felt a bit sorry for poland they tried really hard but just weren't doing it!

So Podolski's polish? Is that why he didn't really celebrate & shed a little tear.Aw!

Lahm is so tiny compared with the rest of the germans

Yeah, Podolski was born in Poland, but his mother is German and he moved to Germany when he was 2...I think!
Klose is Polish also! I reckon that Klose kept trying to get others to score, as he didn't fancy scoring against his country! Usually he would have shot, but I can't remember Klose having a shot tonight!

 Lahm is quite small! Huuuge eyebrows though  What is up with Schweinsteiger's hair though?! He looks like he is going grey!

So, who have you all got in your FF teams?

Mine is:
--------------------------------Cech------------------------
S.Ramos----V.Bronkhorst---------Jankulovski---Evra

Krancjar-----Ballack©-------------Gattuso-----S. Larsson

-------------------Klose-----------V.Nistelrooy-------------

and Ibrahimovic on the bench.

31 points at the moment, so far it is looking good! :D

I had someone say to me yesterday that Joao Moutinhos hair was too big for his head -_- And now i hear today that Schweini is going grey! -_-
I thought his hair was just perfect! and it wasnt grey...it was brown! My Schweini is not going grey! Im absolutely gutted hes been dropped to the bench. i adore this guy but this season really hasnt been a great season for him but i still want him to be in the first team of the german sqaud! -_-
I also love how him and Podolski are so close to eachother. Nice little friendship and IMO i feel thats one of the main reasons why Lulu went to Bayern :ph43r: Hes been another guy this season that at a time was struggling to get in the squad for Bayern and looked set to leave until Klinsmann said that when he takes over he has a future and so made him stay. And so im very happy he scored. Both goals were good, especially that 2nd one..WOW! And he had a little tear awwww!

Yeah Philipp Lahm is small, its so cute though that hes small! Especially when the national anthem was on and the camera had to move down to see him

I like that Roger Guerreiro for Poland, he done well when he came on as a sub.

 I know :D It worked! He should be thanking us!!! haha

I don't think Schweini looks grey, it was more my family but I liked it better when it was blonde!! I was sad to see he wasn't starting, but they said he had been off form which was fair, and Fritz played well and Schweini got his chance at the end :)
Yeah Schweini and Poldi are like best friends, aww!

Apparently this is 15 hottest players in Euro 2008 and this is the 15 ugliest players at Euro 2008

That is so sad. All time top scorer for Switzerland right? His one chance to shine in front of his own country and his stupid knee gave way. :(

Anyway, I'm really excited for today's matches! I'm going to have to stay up 'till 4.30 in the morning to watch everything but I don't care. Group C excites me. Robin might be starting, or at least playing a part in the Italy game. I hope they don't kick him. We can't have him breaking again!

And France is always good to watch. Can't wait!
