I know this is a CL part of the forum but i didn't know where to post this...

Quote:

PARIS(AFP) - UEFA on Thursday fined four European clubs for unruly incidents at recent UEFA Cup round of 16 encounters.

European football's ruling body fined Atletico Madrid 19,206 euros for trouble at their clash with England's Bolton, when objects were thrown amid chaotic scenes in Spain, while Bolton must stump up 6,401 euros - though both clubs have three days to appeal.

Everton were fined 3,200 euros and Norwegian rivals Brann Bergen 9,611 euros after objects were thrown and fans ran on to the pitch. Brann have three days to appeal while Everton have no right of appeal in this case.

Thes clubs getting punished for something the fans done. In my eyes its not right as its not the clubs fault but i guess there is no other way for this sort of trouble to stop in football.

It's not fair when the majority are punished for something the twatty minority did. They should ban the fans who were involved. -_-

Theres no way you would be able to catch most of the people though. Its better fines than stadium bans or something more drastic. I see it as inevitable, the only thing they really can do as punishment without going overboard.
