Hopefully it's a shot motherboard because those are a lot cheaper than a CPU. P.S. This is My last post til next saturday, I'm going camping, so hopefully someone else can help. P.P.S. I had the same problem, but it was my motherboard AND CPU that were shot, but I took it in to Fry's, and it was under warranty so they replaced, and upgraded both for free.
