I was toying around with some new features in Zeta Boards and found that users can create their own blogs that are viewable in their profile. So if it floats your boat, you can enable it in your profile and start posting. It's just a neat little feature that I thought I would give you guys a heads up on.

The forums have now been upgraded. Hopefully, this will prevent spam. For now we will use this default skin, if interest in the forums increases, I will resume work on a custom one.

What sucks more balls than trying to play a scrim without vent?

[ReLaX] vent, idiot.

The whole 'playing a scrim with only 2 or 3 people in it' thing is really bringing me down in a significant way. As such I got a temporary replacement to consider.

The vent I'm usually in - the vent server I keep referring to as "my vent" (It's actually owned by Bang - if anyone remembers him) is going to be opened up to official [TC] scrim use.

Problem:
In an attempt to make sure me and my good chums wouldn't have to you know, deal with the outside [real] world we set it up so outsiders can't join the server - only "registered members" can.

Alas, I will talk to Bang to allow you chumps to join it as well - this will happen the next time Bang un-dies and gets back on the shame train.

I'm sure some of you are wondering what's to come for Team Cheesus, and I can safely answer that question now. Because of our inability to combat the spamming problem using our existing software, Invision Power Board v1.3, I have decided to upgrade to a new, more powerful, flexible and hopefully more stable software called ZetaBoards. Now, the plus side of this is that all of the content on these forums will remain intact and it will be easy to convert to.

Along with this upgrade will come a new skin made by me that most certainly looks better than what we currently have and will fit the theme of VoteCheesus.Com. I know many of you have expressed an interest in a more 'cheese' oriented design - well, ZetaBoards can easily use multiple skins that can be changed by the user. So expect a second skin somewhere down the line.

As for the website, well I'll admit progress has been slow there. I have yet to create a design for the Team Cheesus site I am comfortable with. However, the Vote Cheesus site is almost 100% finished.

Expect all of these updates in the coming weeks. I look forward to re-opening the site to the public...
