Ok I have beef with the manner in which Valve is releasing these "Character Upgrade Packs." Don't get me wrong, its an awesome way to keep the game fresh and exciting. But seriously. I stopped playing for a week because teams would consist of like 9 Pyros, 1 Random, and 2 Medics. It's STUPID! It detracts from the whole point of the game! And half the achievements are near impossible, enough so that players focus on NOTHING but that specific achievement. I'm guilty too! I sat in spawn for 4 maps asking people to call for medic so I could get the achievement! lol Anyway here are my suggestions. *Before this mess Release a new weapon for EACH class and have each unlocked Battlefield II style (points based on performance). Each week or two add another weapon for all classes. *Now Release multiple classes per release (2?). Sure take another week or two Valve, this will help spread out the stupid team imbalances. I just needed to get that off my chest really, I understand time and resource constraints. But if you bash me on this topic, don't complain when there's 12 spies running around on your team looking to backstab 3 medics with ubercharges ready! |

All of this would be solved if they just gave the new weapons to everyone and made achievements separate. |
