It might have something to do with the server. This isn't exclusive to TF2 though, its an issue in all Source games and most games in general. |

interesting, this explains some of what I was trying to understand in how shots are registered in the source engine. I was thinking there was some kind of unlagged effect going on for a while. I'm guessing that the netcode used was designed for lan gameplay and doesn't really adjust all that well to the internet and it's delays. |
