Padawan#2/1 Self-Discipline - To control one’s desires, actions, habits, etc. A Jedi Knight must have the self-discipline to train everyday and learn continuously in order to be ready to serve anyone at anytime. Some times as i said in Sentinel#1 i am lazy.i don't have a lot self-discipline but i am doing my best and i have already gained more. so my plan to get more is to just do my training and get used to working out everyday, force partice everyday and doing everything else i have to do every day. and my then i hope to have more self-discipline. |

Your answers sound good to me, Todd. With time, training will become a habit and you will find yourself less lazy. Master Silmerion |

It's good that you are working on developing self-discipline. It is something that will benefit you all the rest of your life. The self-disciplined person can achieve pretty much anything. I wish I had worked on it more when I was your age. I was pretty lazy (the polite term was a "slacker"), as I could get decent grades without putting much effort into it. I almost never did homework and still graduated from high school with a 3.5 GPA. Unfortunately, since I hadn't developed good study habits, college was a nightmare and I flunked out. I was in my 20s before I finally really started to work on developing self-discipline. Not only was it much more difficult, and in some ways too late. I couldn't get a decent paying job without a degree which meant I couldn't save up enough money to go back to college to get one. I worked at minimum wage jobs for many years before finally getting enough experience to start getting management positions. |

Self discipline can be a tough trait to master. I have to work on it everyday; I'm happy to see you are working on it now Todd, that's great. I agree with Master Silmerion, with training, self discipline will come easier. Good job with the assignments. May the force guide your training. |

Good job Todd, and don't feel bad for taking a break. Jedi training is dne at your pace, don't pressure yourself too hard. Anyway, I'm happy you are back, and again good job. May the Force guide your training. |

Padawan#4/1 Exercise 1 - Reaching for the Sky when i do this i feel the force better in my arms, hands, and in my legs. I think that this is something good to do when you are mad because it helps me calm down. Exercise 2 - The Archer When i do this it all so helps to calm down and i can feel the force good in my hands. |

Padawan #5/1 Ledership I think that a jedi should have ledership skills because people are going to look up to the jedi and follow them and if the jedi has bad ledership skills and gets somebody mad and that starts a fight or a split in the group and a jedi doesn't want that to happen. |

That's very true Todd, good job. Good leadership skills are very essential for the Jedi, but sadly not everyone has them. You seem to be doing great though, keep up the good work. I also agree that "Reaching for the sky" is great to do if you're mad. I've used it many times when I've been mad, and it helps me feel better. Good work. May the Force guide your training. |

Padawan #6/1 Ambassador- This skill is imporant because if we did not have ambassadors it would be even harder for groups/nations to get along. I don't think i have good ambassador because i don't like to deal with other people alot. I don't have an idea how to have better ambassador skills. Escorts - If the world did have escorts lots of people would get robbed or even killed or kidnapped. I don't know if i have good escorts skills because i have never been an escort. I would like to be an escort and see if i could be a good one. Guards - Guards are impornant in the world because if we didn't have them banks and stores would get robbed more. I have guarded something before and i think it's boreing to stand there and just do nothing and i think a good guard should have lots and lots of Patience. Liberators - If the world did not have the liberators the captives would not get free (gave this one my best shot really don't know what a liberator is) Messengers - If the world did not have messengers, letters and stuff would not get to people and it would be harder to get to talk to people across the world. |
