Is it actually real? If so can someone explain it please?

There is actually a book called "The Fourth Dimension" by a man with the last name "Cho".
I don't remember his first name.

Its a really good book.

About the concept of Fouth dimension, my Qigong Master has a very interesting theory:
He takes a pen and observes the shadow of it on the floor: it is a point while the pen is like a tube.
Then he takes a sheet of paper and looks at its shadow, which is a line
Then he takes a cube and observes that its shadow is a square...
Then he looks at us and say: "The three dimensions of our world are probably the reflection of something larger."

This theory reminds me very much of Obi-Wan telling Luke that learning the ways of the Force allowed him to take a step into a larger world.
I believe our world could be the reflection of the heavenly Kingdom of God, and I think God would like us to make our world more similar to His Kingdom.

I was always under the impression thet "Time" was the Fourth Dimension.

After all, Time was created so that everything wouldn't happen at once ;)

I'm completely in belief that time doesn't exist. But thats a whole other topic.

Ha ha.

I got that from some people I know too. Another thought, in the 4th dimension a piece of paper would be much thicker and resemble a cube somewhat. The possibilities are astounding. Like a battle up there would be the equivalent of a battle in space over here. Also a ball could roll up and down as well as from side to side.

I have to admit that I have been taught that time is the fourth dimension as well. Therefore, I believe that it does exist. I do however believe that understanding time is complex. My pastor explains it in terms that are very like science fiction.

I haven't really been taught about dimensions yet. So what I got off the internet could be a bunch of bologna (shouldn't that be pronounced bow-log-na instead of bow-low-knee?) so even if it isn't real... which it probably isn't.... it's still fun to think about.

The current theory is that there are three spatial dimension, height, width, and depth, and one temporal dimension, time. From my own research and beliefs, I believe there to be four spatial dimension, and time, the fifth dimension.
I think I have a way to explain my beliefs in a way you can understand. I believe that there are five dimensions in our universe, the zeroth, first, second, third, and fourth. Now the first through fourth are spatial dimensions, while the zero dimension is time. The reason I believe in a fourth spatial dimension is I believe black holes send matter in a one dimensional form through the fourth dimension.
Now time for a math lesson. Everyone get out a calculator. Try raising 100 to the power of 1. You'll get 100. Now raise it to the power of 0. You'll get 1. Raise any number besides zero to the power of 0 and you'll get 1. Here's why. The calculator works on a linear, 1-dimensional scale. If you say something in our world is size 25, what you are saying is that it is 25^3 on the scale of the calculator.
One thing you have to realize is that when you raise dimensions, the object always has properties of the lesser dimensions (well, there are a few exceptions, but that's not for here), so if something exists in the third dimension, it must exist in the second and first dimension as well, and have properties in it.
So back to the math lesson. As I said the calculator operates on a one dimensional scale. However, there is a zero dimension.
Here are a listing of the dimensions:
zero-point, having only two possible values 0 or 1, existent, or nonexistent.
one-length, infinite values
two-width, infinite values
three-depth, infinite values
four-tessarect, infinite values
Now we've all heard about the spacetime continuum. What this means is that space and time can't exist without each other. Time has no meaning unless something exists to be changed, and space has no point unless time exists in order to change.
Now, try raising zero to the power of zero. Your calculator will say error, outside of domain, or something to that effect. The first through fourth dimensions are space, and the zeroth dimension is time. As long as there is a value in the first dimension, the zeroth dimension, time, will exist. But if nothing exists in the first dimension, then the zero dimension can't exist. And if the zero dimension exists, then the first dimension will have a value of at least 1. So we see that the zero dimension, time, can't exist without the first dimension, space. Thus I have shown my theory for the spacetime continuum.
Sorry, I know this is really confusing. Read it multiple times if you have to, or post / pm me with any questions you might have.

PLEASE NOTE: This is MY MY MY MY MY MINEEEE MY MY MY Theory. If you claim it as your own I will sue you. I put a lot of work into this, and as faithful members as disciples of Christ, you can at least respect my ideas.
