I apologize for being away for so long, I have been unforutnately busy with life. I have done some things to help me stay focused on my training off-line, including joining a martial arts school and keeping a journal. I am trying to become more involved with people as wel, making them feel welcome if they are new at church or simply talking to them. For the seventh youngling assignment, I have had to memorize the books of the Bible. Here they are:

The Old Testatment: Genesis, Exodus, Leveticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 and 2 Samuel, 1 and 2 Kings, 1 and 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiates, Song of Solomon, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micha, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.

The New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts, Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Galations, Ephesians, Phillipians, Colossians, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, 1 and 2 Peter, 1 and 2 and 3 John, Jude, and Revelation.

:)
Doing slow & steady is just fine. There is no race to finish. Just take your time in your own time.
Doing well.

I am back again. School has started for me, and its my senior year so that will probably take up more of my time but I have gotten some of my personal problems under control so that I can focus on my training.

Here is my eighth youngling assignment:

Books of the Bible: Genesis, Exodus, Leveticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1&2 Samuel, 1&2 Kings, 1&2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Songs, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts, Romans, 1&2 Chronicles, Galations, Ephesians, Phillipians, Colossians, 1&2 Thessalonians, 1&2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, 1&2 Peter, 1,2,3 John, Jude, Revelation.

The Lord's Prayer:
Our Father, Which Art in Heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
Thy kingdom come, Thy Will be done,
On Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors,
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from Evil,
For thine is the kingdom, and the power,
and the glory Forever,
Amen.

Thank you, Master Silmerion. It is good to be back. Here is my ninth youngling assignment:

I was asked to meditate on several scriptures that deal with the proper behavior for a Christain. I agree that these help a lot in dealing with daily struggles. In my Bible class last year we studied these books of the Bible and they did seem to help everyone out. I think it is vital to remind ourselves of such Bible verses constantly.
