As of late August/early September of 2007, Clan Europe became a Continent Clan - a secondary clan for all Europeans to join if its within their Senior Clan's rules to do so. Here are a few bits of information about us as a clan.
> We are an active warring clan - on average we war ~3 times a week. > We are heavily CWA Based with some Boss Hunts, Competitions and occasional PK Trips as well. > We usually have events around 6-9pm GMT, sometimes earlier, rarely later.
As a secondry clan we are one of the most organized CWA clans you will find. We have a solid community of enthusiastic and talented warrers who all enjoy the same thing. Man for man, we can compete with even the highest levels of ability and this has been proven by previous sucesses in official tournaments (CJ and Tip.It) but also with our impressive war record.
We ALLOW Multi-clanning We are a secondry clan for all Europeans, you can be in any number of Senior Clan's, Teams and Country Clans while also in CE. Click here for more detail.
Members are REQUIRED be active at events and on forums We require active participation at events and on forums maintained by constant activity checks and attendence tracking. Failure to stay active and you'll be removed.
Members MUST be in IRC while playing RuneScape To help the community we have, but also with notifications of wars and events, you are required to be active in IRC when playing RS.
Flaming, Baiting, Trolling or Racism anywhere, to anyone, is NOT tollerated whatsoever We are VERY strict on this. Everyone knows right from wrong, treat others the way you wish to be treated; with respect. You are NOT allowed to flame(bait) or troll other members anywhere (forums, IRC, events etc), nor are you allowed to flame(bait) or troll non-members (during events, fansites etc). One of our requirements is a respectable personality, it's not hard to uphold this rule, you won't be welcome here if you can't.
Do NOT swear excessively, spam the forums or post adult material To maintain a suitable atmosphere for all, we ask people not to immature and spam the forums or create posts which contain excess swearing. Please also bear in mind Porn is for downloading, not uploading ...
Do NOT Scam Items, Accounts, Passwords or Safe-to-Dangerous Lure With the re-introduction of Free Trade and the Wilderness, if we can't trust you not to scam other people for items, accounts or passwords, you won't be welcome here. Luring from a Safe-to-Dangerous zone is also not tollerated, luring from single-to-multi area in the Wild is acceptable.
Respect EVERY Member of the clan Related to rule #4, any Senior Clan/personal beef you have with other members, you leave it outside when you apply Respect all members and especially the officials, never immaturely argue with decision, if you do have an issue with it, maturely PM the official.
NEVER leak any of CE's information You are not allowed to leak TS or other private information or passwords to non-members of CE for our own security, especially while we go on PK Trips.
Do NOT report fellow or opposition clan members for clan related spamming Even if you hate the opposition, even if they are using auto-typers, you are NOT allowed to report them for spamming under Offensive Language. Jagex has said it gives no unfair advantage and is not reportable, you can be banned if you do report for this reason.
Clan Europe is an HONOR clan We do not tollerate NH actions in the slightest, you'll simply get kicked - there's no two ways about it. We have a prestigious reputation, if you comprimise that in anyway by breaking any rules, especially this one, you will be removed without question. NH actions include:
Intentionally crash any event, planned or unplanned.
Looting, tagging and other forms of nuisiances during fights.
Hack, damage, deface or DDoS a clan's forum, memberlist, IRC or Audio,
Attend PK/Safe-Dangerous Lure Trips with blacklisted or known NH groupsor
Scam or hack game accounts for your own or anothers gain.
Important Notice - regarding rule #10 In the past, there has been confusion on our stance with this rule.
1) As long as you are not currently in a blacklisted or known NH group, you can apply. Previous connections with these groups harms your chances of acceptence.
2) We can't control what other clans do, we don't dictate their policies. However everyone can make their own judgements on what is "acceptable" and what is not, whether it is the same as ours is not our problem.

Leaders treat each case indavidually, the punishment will depend on which rule was broken, how severely, the indaviduals past infringements. You may just be verablly warned for a small first time offence but could be kicked for breaking an important rule severely.
Some leaders are stricter than others. Action maybe taken instantly or time maybe taken to understand the issue completely depending on the conditions.

Ranks: Main Leader Highest of all and has the last say in everything if he so wishes. Dimitrix leads the clan through thick and thin and is the clan founder.
Leader Helps lead the clan and has administrator access. They are here to serve the members ensuring smooth running of day to day life.
Administrator Have focused priorities in the Administration of the clan and have less ingame obligations.
Co-Leader Subdivided into Head Warlord and Head Event Coordinator, these members help with administration and day to day running of the clan but also delegate the Warlords and Event Coordinators for maximum efficiency.
Warlord These are members who are chosen to help find wars for CE but also to help lead us to victory during these events - also involved as part of council decision making.
Event Coordinator Members who focus on building a tighter community within the clan by organizing fun events, such as Boss Hunts and Competitions - also involved as part of council decision making!
RSB Representant These members control the requitment topics on all kinds of fansites, RSB in particular.
Legend A now un-attainable rank. These members stayed with CE through the mass leaves and through from being a Senior Clan to a Continent Clan - deserve a lot of respect for their loyalty.
Honorary Member A member who's been in the clan for over 2 years, been very active at events and has proven themselves to be helpful members of CE.
Senior Member A member who has been part of the clan for 1 year and has valued warring gear.
Member A normal member of the clan, follows rules and respects leaders.
Trial Member A new applicant who is currently in the trial phase of their application.
Retired Member A Member of CE but either wishes to be part of the clan while RL takes priority OR a member who has become inactive.
Guest A registered user but is only a guest, NOT a member of the clan.
Banned A user with no access to the site after ignoring the rules.
