Why OSRS doesn't get FTP ?

Most people have outgrown from RS. Then there are people like me =) Thank God!

But from Jagex's point of view, RS3 does have more potential of growth and to attract players later on. OSRS is quite stagnant and won't be developed further - the concept of OSRS already fights against development. To many change is terrible, to me... Change is an opportunity and a challenge. Jagex is playing the long-run card with RS3 - oddly, against most old-schoolers, I hope it succeeds. For the sake of this clan and the friends I have in the game.

RS3 warring isn't really bad at all. It takes time to adjust, yes. But after some weeks you're totally into it again. As long as you have an open mind.
