He posits that most pr0n is bad, and men don't really enjoy it, but they put up with it because that's all there is. So, do men like porn, or are they just pretending? Do they like porn more than women? What kind of porn do women like? Is it different to the porn men like? We have information that for some women, realistic representations of sexual arousal are important for enjoyment.

Personal experience leads me to suggest that this is not necessarily the case. Of course, this may be that I am a real dud, and Mr. FPS is driven to pr0n through sexual boredom. However, he assures me that this is not the case - he just likes porn. And IMO he likes bad porn. You should see the hair on some of the women. And let's not talkabout their shoes. Is this too much information? Or can we continue?

Two women is another matter, but most men only like the [i]idea[/i] of two women. It secretly scares the shit out of most of us. I think for both young males and females, porn is initially, interesting and titilating because of inexperience. I do think men like porn. I don't think it needs to be "good" but I don't get watching it with other men, but I suppose that's akin to a circle jerk, which is yet another thing, I don't get. That mod was very funny but the idea of actually seeing such a thing would be appalling. Sadly, I do think that too much porn watching can have the effect of blunting sexuality. After a time it loses its titilating potential and a person can need more and more stimulus and the stimulus can become extreme. I think some men have been influenced by porn. Specifically, well, uh, fl** (not fi*). I also think for some it can have a warping effect but admittedly the male who is affected was probably flawed to begin with. Hey I have question for the men. Is fe** sex? If its not sex than I assume men have no problems with their wives/girlfriends giving random b to random men. :D Which is of course highly unlikely. What an argument. (snicker, snicker, snicker) BTW Bex, that statistic of young men willing to rape if they knew they wouldn't get caught is beyond sickening.
	tempus_teapot I'd like to add that at this point I have taken my Spider Jerusalem action figure and tied his wrist to my Cassidy (from Preacher) action figure just so I can work out which positions are feasible with them and which aren't. Read that and weep, internet. Weep!

This particular author was replying to concerns raised about depictions of a woman in a particular magazine wearing a dog collar, and on a leash. She contended that the fantasy there was a fully compliant woman, who did not have to be pleased, and would fulfill any sexual desire. I think BJ's are directly related to this. As for some of the other stuff - there's an element of domination/humiliation in it that leads me to the question - do women like the same porn as men? Is women's porn full of images of men on dog collars, or women having an orgasm onto a man? (I don't think so, as I'm sure it wouldn't be very spectacular at all.)

The same goes for the 69. With the 69, there is the added problem of needing to concentrate/being distracted. Also, the question of de-hairing arises. At that point, it becomes obvious that the 69 causes more problems than it solves. Perhaps women's porn features men who can multiple-orgasm?

Eral, if I make a little effort, I can dig up some "by women, for women" porn links, for educational purposes, of course. Regullus, I felt those stats were disturbing as well, though in defense of America's youth, I do not recall any mention of sample size or other data, and I don't know how sensationalized the report may have been. It was something I saw while still a student, so at least 5 years back. Regarding sex acts, whatever works is good, but I am "selfish" and definitely expect to receive as well as give. A blow job does not generally leave women moaning in ecstasy (though some porn might have us believe otherwise, and I once witnessed a fake orgasm competition where one of the contestants made a similar claim, the silly little spritzhead). I am ok with this as long as I get mine too. As for 69, I am not generally a fan, as I would prefer to concentrate on one thing or the other. But for variety's sake, it's ok sometimes.
