It sucks to live in California right now because it won't stop friggin' raining! I play way too many computer games but I do have a real job and don't make too much of a nuisance of myself in tEH real world. I guess I'll add that I share my domicile with 2 dogs, two cats, and 1 roomate. So tell me; who are you? (or tell me why this is a bad idea if you're not going to add anything :grumpy: )

My friends started using it before I got into the whole internet thing, but I used it when I made my first post at Planet Baldur's Gate, and it's stuck with me ever since. At this point, "Bex" has enough notoriety that I couldn't change it if I wanted to. I live in Edmonton, where it never seems to snow anymore, except that this week, it has. My little house is shared with two cats and a dog (the source of the Keeshond connection), and one motorcycle-obsessed husband (my only child). My gaming occurs in fits and starts. I'll play a lot, then not touch a game for months because I'm occupied with other things. I finish a lot more books than games. I don't think I'm a difficult sort to get to know, really. I love this description of Wangari Maathai by her ex-husband: "Too educated, too strong, too successful, too stubborn and too hard to control."

And not to have to reveal one's really daggy first name. Which conjures up images of a pale, prim, purse-lipped woman with high collars and bad shoes. I live in Melbourne, Australia. One of a large family. Irish descent. Primary school teacher - I try not to teach anyone taller than me if I can help it, generally ruling out anyone above the age of 10. Bespoused, one cat. Limited co-ordination and directional skills, which means I favour point-and-click games. Mortal enemy of radial menus. Good with words. Dry, sarcastic humour. Have difficulty being serious for long. Old: well, that's in comparison to the distressing number of people hanging around cyber-space who were born in 1985.

I'm delighted that Coffeetalk came about because I was beginning to feel guilty for being the only member at PPG not to make any contribution unless you could call blathering in EFCB a contribution. I live in New Hampshire (eastern US) with my husband, my daughter Lily and my two dogs Violet (a black pug) and Ketra (a keeshond). My real name is Diana. Oh, I was also born prior to 1985.
	tempus_teapot I'd like to add that at this point I have taken my Spider Jerusalem action figure and tied his wrist to my Cassidy (from Preacher) action figure just so I can work out which positions are feasible with them and which aren't. Read that and weep, internet. Weep!

I'm Layla, I'm 19 and I live in no-man's land inbetween one of the nation's harshest ghettos and the nice, artsy, downtown district. Let's see . . . I have two cats who I have taught "sit" and I live with my boyfriend of four years, Justen. He's also 19, a skateboarder (I used to be too, but . . . anyway) and an all-around extremely nice person. I really like videogames. All videogames. No one believes me when I tell them that. The xBox and PS2 in the apartment aren't my boyfriend's, they're [b]mine[/b]. 90% of the games we own were bought and predominantly played by me. Justen likes videogames as well, but he mostly just plays the hell out of Rainbow 6 on the intarwebz. I have much broader tastes than first-person shooters. Besides videogames, I do art, mostly sculpture and block printing. I used to do a lot of drawing and painting, but I prefer more tangible mediums now. Hahahaha. That kind of thing makes me laugh. I have a very immature sense of humor. I like non-sequitors and absurd things the best, but humping is pretty funny, too. Oh yeah, I still watch cartoons. Cartoons are great. I also love popcorn. Popcorn is the best food ever. We recently won an iPod nano in a raffle. This is the coolest thing I've ever won in my entire life. Now I can never win the lottery, though. :'(

I'm slightly over thirty and still a student. Hopefully, I can move out of this student apartement next year and finally get a puppy or two. Let's see, I'm unemployed, hopelessly broke, and single. This week I got rejections from three jobs; one of them I haven't even applied for. I'm constantly being told that I should graduate already, but at the same time, they won't let me into the last two mandatory classes. So, I have no idea what they want from me. Hobbies: roleplaying (pen and paper variety), reading my email, surfing the net and reading fantasy.

I am 30 something and I have a degree in business management that I am not currently putting to use. I do not have the patience to deal with people, customers or employees. Patience and my temper are not my strong points. I was a modder for BG2 and released some mods. I helped out on a friend's BG1 mods. I have moved on from BG and modding in general and now concentrate on playing the newer games that come out. Modding was a hobby that became a headache thanks to "modding politics" and harassing trolls. I frequent here, Obsidian's message board and the Frozen North. I used to be an active participant at Chosen of Mystra and PPG, but not any more. I am also known for my sudden mood swings in case anyone wonders why some of my posts may change tone within moments. Is it mania or is it depression that has me? Manic depression, anxiety attacks that's me! But I am also a joker and happy person at times. :grumpy: :lol:
