Near the end, this is the final dungeon. How to build a powerful tank. Note the lovely Mithral Plate Armour but enchanted to +5 and immune to criticals and sneak attacks by the in-game crafting system, it is actually a copy of Aribeth's armour which is a mod. 35 STR isn't bad either, along with the Holy +5 Acidic Cold Iron Greatsword, again made with the crafting system. S you can see 2-12 + 20 + 3d6 +5 against pretty much all enemies makes for some quick slice and dice action.

<_< I want it to be clear that I despise Aribeth's armour. ![]() Armour that doesn't cover your breasts or back fails as armour. It is pandering to male fantasy, and encouraging the ogling of computer generated women. Go play Tomb Raider if you want that sort of thing. That being said, the PC's back is nice and muscly/fleshy: not a pack of ribs thinly covered by skin. Therefore the backlessness is attractive. Also, the line from breast to back is a lovely curve. Hillary's dress had no curve. It was a vast expanse of back, and presumably the front had to be stuck on. Please, we deserve better. *Great sword.

Thanks for the compliment on the sword. The crafting system is way too overpowered. If you really want to see armour that fits that description that someone created see here, http://vnmedia.ign.com/nwvault.ign.com/fms...851_fullres.jpg Isn't a fantasy role-playing game supposed to pander to male fantasy? Heck I reckon it would appeal to some of the ladies as well There's been quite a big backlash against NWN2s decision to be more prude than NWN1 - no bare flesh at all when characters aren't wearing any armour. Still the nude hakpaks didn't take long to come along as they did for NWN1. And there are ones for displaying male torsos as well if you were wondering. ... although I've yet to see the adamantine cod piece +5... After all its all we males need to protect. :D And Bex she is tough. She's easily better than Khelgar the dwarf fighter who is a powerhouse in his own right and I metagamed him this time round. |

Take your head off if you look at her cross-eyed. My kind of woman. I find a lot of fantasy art rather ludicrous. On the other hand, some of it's kinda sexy. *shrug* |

Bex, please don't spoil a good rad fem rant with rational logic. Geez. The g-string armour is funny, I'll pay that. But years of hunting in vain for an avatar wearing clothes has embittered me on this issue. Does that mean you can't run around in your undies in NWN2? Obviously, another point to Bethesda. The first thing people asked about Oblivion was "can we still run around nekkid?" and they said "we know how much everyone loves it." |

I agree it's distracting. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be that high. It appears to go up to the small of her back. Either her pants are really low slung, or she has the world's biggest bum.
Love the hair though. And you get portraits of your badger?
Oh, does Bastila stop being annoying? I'm getting flash backs to Anomen. <_< |

OMG!!! The upload for the front view is taking sooo long! :banghead: I usually play my games without sound as we with live in a small house and I game after everybody's in bed so I really only heard Bastila once but her voice was annoying. Anomen's dialogue mellows over time even if his soundset doesn't but Bastila remained consistent. I don't think I could face a Bastila romance. ![]() Finally! I should have posted a screenshot with my stats too ala Krazy: ![]() The cleavage and makeup. |

His character isn't a bard for the sake of being a bard, she's a bard for the sake of being a red dragon disciple, which makes for a more munchkinny warrior. I play bards for the sake of playing bards, but Krazy has grown as a person and learned to respect that. Nice buttcrack, by the way. |

Sorry, I er, was a bit distracted...yeah, nice buttcrack.
:D All the female humans seem to be equally well endowed in the game. My Character was wearing a Belt of Str +8 and Boots of Con +8 and the gold band on her head gives Int +2, which I have purely for decoration. You must have seen the books with recipes by now, they are for the crafting system and I made the belts and boots with it. You won't find better than +4 items without making them, although the game only gives you recipes for +6 ones, someone posted a list of all in-game coded recipes which I used for the +8 ones. As Bex says, 10 levels of Red Dragon Disciple gives massive stat boosts, basically +8 STR, +2 CON, INT and CHA but you need at least one level of bard or sorceror to be eligible for it. So her base stats without the items are, STR 28/DEX 12/CON 18/INT 16/WIS 10/CHA 12 which started out as STR 16/DEX 12/CON 15/INT 14/WIS 10/CHA 10 basically adding 1 point to CON at level 4, and the rest STR later on. |

You are so mean. I don't think I could've done that but Elanee's reaction is priceless. I can't find any ore, I'm retracking my steps but I couldn't find any ore the first time thru either. Is it a glitch? ![]() I found Lorne's accoutrements, a chest in the Sunken Flagon along with the royal gift. Not too hard to find after I gained a modicum of camera control. ![]() I have also found a warlock faq which is proving helpful although I like my hellrime blast! <_< Apparently endgame is where a true warlock shines. I did choose wrongly Tenacious Plague which is essentially a swarm of insects but its not very effective at all compared to previous stinging insect swarm spells in other games. I knew I should chosen the fire wall but I figured TP would wreck the concentration of spellcasters. Live and learn. |

Yeah, its just working out which of the Warlock's abilities are any good or not. Ore, several areas after you find Penryn (the miner) in the jail cell have a vein of ore. You click on it and get 50XP and later on you'll be given metal bars to either sell or craft items with. They look sort of like a solid waterfall if that makes any sense, but you'll know what I mean when you find one. For instance each of the two orc lairs has ore to find, they are usually reasonably easy to find, I would try pressing 'z' to highlight things and see if you can locate any then. You can still most likely get to Ember, and go down the well, the ore is just after the room where you find the big spiders that the goblins ask you to clear out. Otherwise I don't know to be honest. |

The ore problem is an game glitch which is hopefully fixed with the patch.
I can see the ore but it will neither highlight nor can I interact with it. I hope the patch fixes it otherwise I will have exceptionally well trained but exceptionally poorly equipped.

Ok, weird, I never had that glitch in any of the versions I tried, I assume you are patched to 1.04? You are able to purchase the ores from merchants if you fancy crafting items. Mithral makes good armour as it is very light, for instance mithral full plate gives you AC8 like other full plate, but still allows +3 Dex and counts as Medium Armour. Munchkin and very exploitable. :) |

Well, yes, another run through Hordes, to properly do the Valen romance in it, and I also decided to not powergame (too much) and try an archer out as well - killing the proverbial two birds with the proverbial one stone, and to my surprise she is working out a lot better than my usual weapon masters with huge swords. Of course she's not hitting for anything like the telephone numbers, but I'm finding killing things from afar means I'm less likely to get hit and I can take out mages and the like without them getting a spell off. But when forced to fight, she's got decent enough skill with a sword to handle it when required. I guess Rogue/Ranger background might make more sense for an elf, but Rogue/Fighter just gives me slightly better skills with a bow, and well Peerless Archer is all about skill with the bow. It gives ranged sneak attack to add to the Rogue sneak attack, so when combined even that humble 1d8 arrow is quite lethal with another 6d6 damage tacked on to it. So here is Delenne,

Girl elves in NWN have the choice of being rather scrawny, or bloated-looking. Krazy has selected one of the head models that bugs me least. |
