Pets in a room during sex? Isn't that a bit of a moment killer?

Why? They don't care.

I do. :badmood:

Knowing my behaviour, I'm fairly sure your average cat has a more refined moral compass than me.

Thankfully, I don't have a cat.

I've seen other human interest stories about cats that have saved their owners by phoning 911.
I belong to one of those families that does not speak to or see its members as often as we should,
but if someone needed anyone to fall on a sword for her, there would be a queue waiting to commit the deed.

I'm pretty sure Sylvia wouldn't. But she would miss me when I was dead.

Bex, that is a great post about your dog Wolf. What a terrific dog.

Re sleeping on abandoned clothes: only if they are on the bed. She never sleeps on dirty clothes: but will always sleep on the dry clean clothes if they are left in the washing basket.

Come burn with me.
My cats sleep on my clothes whether dirty or clean if I leave them out.

My cat preferred dirty clothes. They smelled like me.

For some reason, the female cat from the unit two doors down is fascinated by our front door mat. She and Sylvia engage in hissing behind the glass, ear-piercing squalls and fluffing up like towels in the dryer on a regular basis. The male cat showed his face once, and has not made a return: but Arlechina just keeps on coming back. It's clearly not her territory, and unlike her predecessor Charlie, she gets really upset. (Charlie would sit calmly unperturbed while Sylvia went off like a firecracker.) It's kind of distressing.
I'm wondering if Dr.Harry could help.
