" Perhaps the article is written to evoke that sort of response. It's interesting that people who have children with a disability view the technology as positive, while others who are not directly affected worry about the ethics. It seems to me the real push behind the technology is the big company waiting to make a squillion dollars in patents. The pollies are talking about the benefits to humanity, but those are a long way off. I am impressed with the English parliament. People take stands there. |
