Exactly how it sounds. Let's assume the show is greenlit but there needs to be a minimum of 20 different toys, games, etc. produced alongside it. What do you propose?

My suggestion is to make a version of the DnD starter edition that gets split up into segments and put in the boxes of the five or six main action figures. Of course it would come with a unique adventure (something relevant to the show and not the Red Box adventure reprinted).

Specifically, you get an action figure (maybe a play set?), a pre made character sheet, segment of the rules, a d20, two additional dice, a corresponding mini, and item/spell cards. And maybe some grid sheets, too.

If you have all five you have the complete rules/adventure, and each player has a mini. Everyone has their own d20 and between everyone there's two of each standard dice (4/6/8/10/12 sided dice). You have some dungeon maps and openly mention the ORS. Now they have everything they need to play. If you include the psuedodragon for this you could have percentage dice as well.

Also have blind draw bags that have alt-costume/pose minis, secondary characters (these could have their own action figures as well), more dice, ect.

I really like the idea of everything you need as a player in a compact package.

As long as there were action figures, I would suggest modeling them at least somewhat off of the original run for G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. So that would mean ten or so stand-alone figures, and four figures bundled with play sets or larger monsters (the original were vehicles but obviously that probably wouldn't be the case here).

Our Heroes
- Erynn the Bard: Accessories include rapier, musical instrument (originally I suggested lyre but a lute might be better), backpack, book (plastic, of course, but can open and show a neat picture), and Scrylia.
- Anthias the Fighter: Accessories include greatsword, removable chain armor, backpack, two handaxes, and a big ol' bag of gold.
- Zhaera the Rogue: Includes two knives, removable cloak with hood, a bag of gold, a (plastic) large gemstone/idol/other thing, and a tiny set of thieves' tools.
- Ostolf the Paladin: Includes a warhammer, shield, removable chain armor, a removable pendant of Clangeddin's symbol, and removable helmet.
- Calahir the Druid: Includes a spear, sling, tiny mouse pet, yew wand, and a plastic tree.

Villains
Not gonna bother naming the accessories on this one.
- Goblin
- Orc
- Gnoll
- Bandit
- Skeleton
- Necromancer

Big Monsters
These would be the things parents roll their eyes at but probably end up convinced to buy anyway.
- Giant
- Red Dragon
- Sloth of Owlbears. Or would that be a flock? Anyway, like 3 owlbears.
- Ankheg

Warning: Contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3.
