Many of us enjoy taking photos of flowers and other things in our gardens as well as sunsets, sunrises, clouds and a variety of other things. A big part of the joy of photography is sharing it with others who appreciate beautiful and interesting things. I will start this thread off with 3 blooming photos I took last year. I hope all of you will share yours with us also.
Enjoy,
Milt

Oh goody Milt, have been waiting for this topic! Alas, I have none to share yet as I didn't receive my digital camera until Christmas. Can hardly wait for Spring to get here!

We celebrated our 50th at Disney's 50th this year. Got to go twice..once in June and again in early December. I just had to see Disneyland at Christmas.

Thank you for starting this topic. Just LOVE looking at pictures!

Happy to see this thread Milt. I added some pictures but made the mistake of starting a new topic. Sorry!

Wondering if maybe we could have a whole section just for photography, separate from the graphics. As the forum grows, I can see where it might be nice to have a photography section all on it's own since so many people are now into digital photography.

Just a thought!

P.S.
Thank you for moving this to the Photography thread. Sorry about that!

This thread IS for graphics. Perhaps we can merge your thread into this one.
Milt would you do that since I am on my way out the door??
We have a thread just for graphics. Right now we can not have to many catergories. It would be to confusing.

Jan, Jo Ann, Bunny.... All of your photos are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. I hope everyone will dig out some of the photos you have taken- even older ones- and post them for all to enjoy.

Lizzie.. My first 2 photos are 504 x 360 and the 3rd one is 450 x 447. I try to limit the width to no more than about 550 pixels wide. Most of mine tend to be around 504 pixels wide. Lets see some of yours. I'll bet you have some great bird and flower shots.

Enjoy,
Milt

Jo Ann....What a pretty garden (both front and back)! And that butterfly shot is amazing. Thank you for sharing those!
Bunny (floppy), your shots are simply beautiful. Hope to see lots more.
And Milt, those flowers are stunning. Wish I had some pretty flowers but I had to go to Disneyland to find some!

Here's my contribution. Some type of apple tree/bush. 1st picture is when we moved in. 2nd picture show what it looks like since I've been taking care of it. Needless to say I don't have a green thumb. Of course the time of year doesn't help much either. :D

I went into PhotoBucket and found that, on upload, 12 of 18 of my pictures did not size down. So, I went in and resized the mourning dove one and reposted it and it still stayed large. I am at a loss as to what to do next.

Maybe I should just delete those pictures and upload them again, hoping that they will resize this time. Removing them from PhotoBucket did not remove them from my posts; so, I edited them out of the posts.

Meanwhile, here is a Maple in fall

After much consternation with PhotoBucket and having to delete, reload and then resize my hand all of my pictures, I will again try to share with you some of my winter pictures.

I'm not a real whiz with the camera and this wasn't digital, but this is of some falls in north Georgia. Hope you can see enough to appreciate them. :)

I notice that all of my pictures have been removed. Was there a problem with them? I won't post pictures again until I am sure I'm doing it the right way. Are there guide lines listed somewhere? I don't remember seeing that info anywhere.

We didn't remove any pictures, JoAnn, just empty Photobucket ads. :) And, yep, I think you know how to post them correctly. ;)

Hi Lula, I just remembered that after I posted those photos, I put them into another folder in Photobucket...thats why the photos didn't show any longer. Live and learn!!

Thank you.
