[size=7]Folks, there were a couple of thanks you that I deleted since the last time this program has been updated and that was back in September...To keep fresh updates all posts more than a month old will be cleared out...No since in having all the clutter..... So now I have said all that I need to say this. If you have purchsaed the Registry Mechanic then you should have gotten a notice of the upgrade but if not then that is why Rip has hired me to notify all, and the pay is good with dates and honey :lol: .. So please go and get the new upgrade. Folks just a heads up to let you know if you are using this program then there is no upgrade. The version is still 6.0.0.780 and the Engine is 2.0.0.560....Always be sure when you open this program you click on Live Update to download and install any updates for this program....If you have not used the COMPACT REGISTRY then I suggest you do so. It will compact your registry so that it is all in order and not all scattered. You might notice your system shutting down but that is normal when you use this part of RM. So give that a try and also scan your registry and rid yourself of all the clutter....Always make sure you retain a copy of what all is removed and you have repaired...Check the Restore tab and see what all you have repaired. Now I suggest you leave any items repaired in this folder for at lest a week to 10 days just to make sure the system is still working as good before you used RM....So continue to maintain your system...I do thank you David |
