[size=7]CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!
Cleans the following
Internet Explorer
Temporary files, URL history, cookies, Autocomplete form history, index.dat.

Firefox
Temporary files, URL history, cookies, download history.
Opera
Temporary files, URL history, cookies.
Windows
Recycle Bin, Recent Documents, Temporary files and Log files.

Registry cleaner
Advanced features to remove unused and old entries, including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, Invalid Shortcuts and more... also comes with a comprehensive backup feature.

Third-party applications
Removes temp files and recent file lists (MRUs) from many apps including Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, MS Office, Nero, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip and many more...

100% Spyware FREE
This software does NOT contain any Spyware, Adware or Viruses. BE SURE TO UNCHECK THE YAHOO TOOLBAR....THAT IS UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE THIS TOOLBAR INSTALLED WITH THE CCLEANER.....

Folks, just a heads up. The CCleaner has not upgraded to a newer version and the version is still 1.38.485.....
Now if you have not used this program to clean your system in a long time then I suggest you do so. It will free upa lot of space for you and this should be used at lest once a week, or based upon what all you do each day with your system. But please use the cleaner...
As for the Registry cleaner this too can be used and it will clean out all the bad registry items, and it will always ask you if you wish to save all items removed...Always click yes and it will save those items to My Documents folder and if ther happens to be something not running right after you cleaned then you can go and add back those items to the registry...I do thank you.

Folks, there is an upgrade for the CCleaner program and the new version is 1.39.502. Open up the CCleaner and in the bottom right corner clcik on check for updates and then click on the File Hippo page and when this opens look on the right side and download the newest version. Be sure to take the check mark out of the Yahoo Toolbar if you do not want it....And if you ahve not used this program to clean your system in a long time, now is the time to do so. Use this valuable program and it will help your system run better and if you are afraid to use the Registry clenaer then I suggest you go ahead and use it and then look over what all it is cleaning and then make sure you click YES when it ask if you wish to save a copy of all that is removed...This will usually go into the My Documents and if over the next couple of days after you cleaned the registry and you believe a program is not working as it was before the clean then go to My Documents and find the folder and then click it and restore it back.....
