VIDEOS THE ACHIEVEMENT This is my first 2-km summit and my first 12-hour dayhike! My first 12-hour hike as well. Before, I can hardly survive a 3-hour climb and another 2 hours of climbing down. My knees would turn so painful and crippling. With this feat, I myself is so surprised because I survived the punishing long walk and climb. My feet and knees survived it. I am so happy because my knees, the entire legs and my cardio were much better now compared to my first few climbs many months ago. Weak legs, weak heart and aching knees? It's just like bodybuilding. The more you sustain the load or work, the more it develops itself and even fixes the problem. That is how amazing the human body is. Regular hiking indeed improves your overall health and fitness. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tr8HlOje9dA More videos soon... Edited by emancampos, Aug 31 2017, 05:09 AM.
