Dusting off the flying cap but ...; but after a little advice

OK, so all the good stuff is in the loft (and I don't want to risk breaking it) so am considering something a bit gentle to get be back on track.

I was thinking of getting another discovery but no one seems to have any... Then saw the Hobbyzone? Corsair being sold as a trainer.

So the question is has anybody had any experience with this or similar models?

Hi Leigh , personally I would not go for corsair even with SAFE. If you really would like to go for a scale I have heard and seen the Horizon 1.2M spitfire mkxiv is very stable. Other sports model suggestions to get your eye back in would be , MAx Thrust riot , or one of the Chris Foss foamies .
Im sure you will get lots of other suggestions as well , the discovery is great if you can wait for them to come back into stock.

The Discovery is a very good bet and worth the wait. Why not pop down on a calm day and we can get the Club Zephyr in the air to get your hand back in?

Thanks for the input folks.

I have talked myself out of the scale 'trainer' models for now.

I really preferred the way the discovery flew but I think for now I'll blow the cobwebs off the Riot and have another go with that and maybe take you up on that Zephyr offer Norman.

Cheers

Seems the ST Discovery is coming back into stock, a container must have arrived or be due. Kings Llynn models have them listed for end October delivery for £115 with free postage.
