I have just had to dispose of a 3s 3300 due to bad cell and 3 x 3s 2100 packs due to massive swelling.

Any recommendations for replacements?

(I don't draw excessive current on my models).

I was recommended Gens Ace LiPos from Germany by Jon Tanner. I bought a couple of 35c 2700 4s packs which work very well in my MPX Rockstar, website at:
http://www.gensace.de/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIve_2voWY1QIVkantCh3EDg5PEAAYASAAEgLkVfD_BwE

Postage rates good with 1 to 4 packs at same postage rate.

Even with low current draw the higher C ratings are good as the battery internal resitance is lower resulting in a cooler pack.
