Bureau of Infrastructure ''Our land, Our strength''
 |

|
"The Galactic Empire spans many worlds, different cultures and terraforms. It is the duty of the Infrastructure Authority to see that every last inch is used to it's full potential. "
— Bureau of Infrastructure —
|
| GENERAL INFORMATION |
|---|
| LEADERSHIP: Minister of Infrastructure | HEADQUARTERS: Ministry Central Ministry, Bastion. | LOCATIONS: Across Empire Space | | FOUNDATION: 2016 ABY | FRAGMENTATION: 2015 ABY | RESTORATION: 2016 ABY |

| STRUCTURING |
|---|
Local Authority The 'Local Authority' branch of the Bureau is the lowest form of government enforcement that the organization holds. Whilst maintaining loyalty to the Ministry of Infrastructure, these agents are also representatives who 'encourage' planetary governors
Regional Authority The 'Regional Authority' branch of the Bureau is a step up from the Local Authority and works towards meeting regional expectations as set out by the Ministry of Infrastructure. If not met, then the Regional Authority addresses the governments and works to meet the demands that are required through 'encouragement'.
Imperial Asset Protection Though officially apart of the Imperial Armed Forces, a branch recognized by the Ministry of Infrastructure is the Asset Protection Unit that is attached to the Empire's Army. These personnel are armed and trained in providing protection to the assets and declared interests that the Empire has. It should be noted that these forces fall under exclusive command of Grand Moff Revantine.
Ministry of Infrastructure The higher tier of the organization, this branch is compromised of many individuals who work in largely to administrate and future envision what the Empire can achieve. With the highest in this branch being the Minister of Infrastructure, it is through this branch that the infrastructure of the Empire becomes a set reality. |

FARMING UNIONS AND AGRICULTURAL BUREAUS

- FARMING UNIONS
- The Empire grants agriworlds that are rated medium tier (moderate production) and low-tier (subsistence) the establishment of farming unions that are charged with the oversight of crop production, price regulation and fair trade. These unions may be governed by a single council of locally appointed representatives, these representatives however, must submit a monthly report of their proceedings, judgments and established edicts to the local Moff or sector governor.
- Unions are entitled to hold strikes, pickets and walk outs if prices for agricultural goods are deemed to be grossly unfair or against the interests of local produce. However, under section B (alpha) of the local Imperial provincial procedures if a strike or a picket undermines healthy produce and the supply of essential goods from or within a sector then said Moff or regional governor holds the right to end such striking procedures and summarily execute any strikers refusing to return to production or harvest.
- Provincial Councils for Farming Unions may meet with their local Moff or regional governor to determine prices and restrictions on certain agricultural products and may do so with added authority - but ultimately the decision rests with their local governor.
- AGRICULTURAL BUREAUS
- On worlds that are classed as higher-tier (commercial mass production) and rare-tier (luxury goods) the Empire offers semi-autonomous governance to agricultural groups in the form of Agricultural Bureaus. These bureaus are semi-autonomous in the sense that their representatives form a senate like body, of elected farmers and agricultural officials, but with the stipulation that Imperial officials with significant agricultural experience and qualifications are permitted to sit in on sessions and execute certain powers.
- Bureaus are permitted powers to set their own prices for agricultural goods, to establish quality control measures and restrictions/allowances but the emphasis of strict control is placed on luxury and essential goods. Agricultural Bureaus also hold the power to establish new trade/supply routes providing they receive appropriate checks from the ISB and other appropriate officials.
- Bureaus are permitted to entitled to hold strikes and pickets if prices for agricultural goods are deemed to be grossly unfair or against the interests of local produce. However, under section B (alpha) of the local Imperial provincial procedures if a strike or a picket undermines healthy produce and the supply of essential goods from or within a sector then said Moff or regional governor holds the right to end such striking procedures and summarily execute any strikers refusing to return to production or harvest.
- There is the added provision that strikes and other forms of protest will be unlikely as Agricultural Bureaus set very standard rates across major agriworlds and as the Empire exercises stringent control on luxury goods.
- AGRICULTURAL SUBSIDIARIES AND GRANTS
- The Imperial Bureau for Agriculture, Livestock, Poultry and Fisheries (IBALPF) provides a minimum grant of over 6.8 billion credits per annum to agriworlds major and minor to supplement farming equipment, increases in labor and harvest supplies. This grant can be obtained by application to their local Moff and can be received on top of its provincial discount from the planetary budget.
- Subsidiaries are also provided by outside bureaus like the Imperial Mission that may grant their own sum of credits in the form of subsidiaries but said outside institutions may set their own conditions for such exchanges, e.g. the Imperial Mission may expect charitable donations of foodstuffs and agricultural produce in return.
