How to add damage and momentum into 2006 -This tutorial will show you how to add damage and momentum in SVR 2006.They are not hard to do stuff but you should know that its method has a flaw because it merely overwrites other parts of the exe.Even when you are legally allowed to modify a file like in 2011,you still overwrite things when it loads anyway. -First you should extract BIN.pac from USRDIR\BIN for PSP,PS2 users should look for BIN folder. -Open BIN.pac with PAC Editor,go to OVRM\GAME.PAC and uncompress 00.bpe Posted Image -Open 00.uncompress in a Hxd Hex Editor,here is where the Damage Data starts •PSP: 0x5C77C •PS2: 0x649BC -So for PSP go to 0x5C77C -Find a base move for copying the damages.The damages in the WAZE are just for show sadly .For example if you want to add the damage for Bicycle Kick 2,which is the better Brogue Kick animations,you should pick the base to be Bicycle Kick.By opening the WAZE we know Bicycle Kick ID is 0D48.Make a search (Hex Values) like this ’48 0D’,search Direction Forward, remember to go to 0x5C77C first. Posted Image -We got to offset 0x5DC9C, remember that the last digits of the address must be either 0, 4, 8 or C , we select those 0x0C bytes -Press CTRL-N to paste it into the new file and change the ID Posted Image -Now the id for the new animation Bicycle Kick is 0CF9. -We will search for the smallest bigger IDs of 0CF9.Remember to go to intial offset and do a search for 0CFA, 0CFB, 0CFC,… -We finally found 0CFC to be the smallest bigger IDs and its in offset 0x5DB1C Posted Image -Press CTRL-V to paste INSERT those 0x0C bytes for the new damage values (for smart folks yes the IDs have to be in order) Posted Image -Since you added 0x0C bytes you have broken the position of the data below (especially for PS2),so you have to take out 0x0C bytes at the end -Search for “14 26 00 00 00 50 00 00 00 00 00 00” , delete the 0x0C bytes after it. (but not the data itself !!!!) -Press CTRL-S to save the files. -Inject as BPE it back into GAME.pac -Test the damage in the game. Edited by eatrawmeat391, Aug 16 2017, 02:22 PM.
