Texture Problem; PSP

So i already try out my first randy orton texture. When i already replace the ch3 and plistpsp.arc, I opened up my game and everything works but my randy orton is invisible and like my opponent only stand there. Any help?!?!

I convert the gim using gimconverter but instead of changing the .gim to .pac i rename it one by one to .pac. Do i need to rename it to .pac or you can just add it to the texture even after converting to gim? Like do i just leave it as .gim and not .pac?

all texture names should be same either gim or pac... then you can make texture archive... did you tinypng the pictures you edited before gim convert?

Yes. I got one question. does every texture need to be changed to pac? like ro_face.gim turned into ro_face.pac?

No, once you get there gims go to xpacker go to file, new, text archive and select your gims. Name the texture archive 09.pac and inject it in the 09.pac of the pac u are modding.
