It has been a long ride, but the Five Nights at Lotso's franchise is about to come to a rest...unless I decided to do the spinoffs, but that's undetermined for now.

And so, without further ado....

Prologue: A Different Way to Begin

It is another fine day at the restaurant. Lotso grins as he picks up the pizza already prepared for the customers. He loves his job, giving out pizzas to the kiddies. The bear felt like it was his lot in life.

The kids grinned as they got ready. Lotso didn't waste time in throwing pizzas, which they caught in their mouths. The bear grabs more pizzas and throws them like mad.

More kids show up, time to keep on doing this. Lotso grabs more pizzas, then throws them all at the kids, satisfying them. It looks like this is one fine job for him that will last a lifetime.

When "Round 3" begins, however, something odd happens. Lotso notices a shadow version of himself appearing. No matter which way he goes, the purple bear's pizzas are always blocked by the opposite.

Lotso didn't give up however. He moves up and down, throwing pizzas to the kids before the shadow bear was able to block him. The purple bear grins as he got to the last kid, giving him his pizzas. Outwitted!

Okay, I spoke too soon. As if without any reason, more shadow Lotsos appears like mad...only one kid remains. The whole area appears to be freaking out, glitching. Lotso, noticing himself glitching, frantically kept on working, but it appears that his whole world is collapsing! What's going on?!

And just like that....everything froze....

-----------

"Damn it! Messed up again!" Gary groans out as he looks at the video game that he was playing. "Damn bugs, where did that shadow thing even came from?!"

Gary sighs as he puts his video game player away and glances at what he's working on that is sitting across him at a table. The one called Dot Warner....

Or what used to be Dot. She appeared to have seem better days. Dot now looks like a scrapped version of herself with weird like hair, some lights that looks like they were from a control room on her chest, a giant metal claw where her right hand used to be, and the animatronic looks like she's wearing roller skates. To Gary, she may as well be called Scrap Dot.

"I gotta get this done. I am freaking out even looking at that thing." Gary mumbled as he looks down at a piece of paper that looks like he needs to write the results in and a cassette player.

Gary turns the player on, as a voice spoke out of it," Now beginning the tape and leaving dead space. 3, 2, 1, and 1. Now, Gary, the purpose of this tape is to test for automated response times and reactions from the interactive attractions following audio stimuli. If you're playing this now, that means that not only are you checking outside at the end of every shift like you are told to do, but you have found something that meets the criteria of your special obligations under Paragraph 4. Now here are the instructions you must follow: document the response times, then make sure this space is safety secure before leaving. Once you seal this room, Gary, never return. Begin audio prompt in 3, 2, and 1..."

Gary cringes as some ringing noises appeared to be coming from the tape. The man gave a nervous look from Scrap Dot, wondering if that thing is going to react. So far, she doesn't appeared to be doing so. The noises came to a stop.

The voice continues, "Document results." Gary looks down and wrote in the results. So far, positive. "Begin audio prompt in 3, 2, and 1..."

Gary hears some howling noises from it while glancing at Scrap Dot in precaution. Looks like she doesn't seem to be responding to that. Perhaps he had nothing to fear after all.

"Document results." The voice said, once the noises have stopped. Gary check in "positive" with a nod. "Begin audio promt in 3, 2, and 1..."

Gary waited as some more noises came out of it, some weird whistling sound. Once more, Dot doesn't appears to be moving. He calms down while waiting for the audio prompt to be done.

"Document results." The voice said as Gary put down the next positive result. "Begin audio prompt in 3...."

Without warning, a clicking noise is heard, making Gary confused. Suddenly a voice spoke up, "...2 and 1..." The man slowly looks up to see Scrap Dot looking at him. Giving a creepy smile. "Hello...."

Gary could only scream as Scrap Dot roared, jumping right at him with her claw lunged at him....

------------

"It's a new day. It's your time to shine."

We see what appears to be an anthro bear in a suit walking proudly in a crowd. The next scene now has a creepy grinning man pointing to the camera with words "What do you want to do with your life?"

"Time to take your career into your own hands."

Now the scene shows the same bear in glasses, grinning as he writes in a typewriter.

"We know you saved money your whole life and that's great! Get ready to put your eggs into one basket and take a huge gamble that can effect your future!"

Another scene popped up with the same man pointing up along the words "Trust me" being known.

"This is one gamble that comes with 100% chance of success in some cases or so."

We see a familiar bear in a familiar logo pointing to the camera as he smiles while doing so.

"Now, what are we talking about you may ask? Why, we're talking about becoming a franchisee for Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear Entertainment! You got it, as in owning a restaurant and becoming a manager."

The same bear from before glances thoughtfully at a paper, deciding on what to do.

"Something that can give anyone with a limited degree of success!"

Now the bear appears to be laughing while throwing some money into the air, making one heck of a gamble for this.

"Yes, we know. That's a lot of money to invest, but a lot of people is doing it..."

The same man once more holds up two thumbs up around the worlds "nothing to lose but your college tuition". In short, you're giving away college just for something crazy like this.

"....and I assure you, it's safe AND lucrative."

The montage now shows some drawings of a cabin, tables, and outlet in a math problem, ending with a thumbs up.

"Thanks to your initial investment, you will get everything you will need to get started, just as a small room, some tables, and electricity."

Now we see some cash on the floor as the announcer continues this.

"But try not to forget about the cash you will have left after buying your franchise package."

We now see some kids pointing and cheering on a Lotso robot performing on stage.

"Use your money to decorate, get a stage, buy attractions and animatronics, and much MUCH more."

We now see the man once more pointing to a sign marked "Pro Tips".

"First off, though, let's look at a few things to help you get started as a Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear Entertainment Franchisee such as...."

The word "Atmosphere" appears followed by a happy kid eating pizza while near the words "The cheese is so....real."

"Atmosphere. You got to make sure your establishing has an inviting one which is essential to bring in new customers."

The next word "Entertainment" appears followed by happy kids walking while holding some balloons.

"Entertainment. Having a lot of this will value in your restaurant. That way, it will guarantee that customers wille come back."

The next words "Bonus Revenue" shows up, followed by a scene a kid near some games while saying the words "Saving money is for EGGHEADS!". This next part ends with a bear in shades following money literally away.

"Bonus Revenue, as in coin-operated games and attractions that can generate additional revenue during the way. That means more money in your pocket, ready for re-investment."

More words appears that said "Health and Safety". It is followed by a scene of bear laughing, pointing as he said, "I will take it!".

"Health and Safety. Well, there may be times when you purchase something of questionable quality. Can't blame you there as cutting corners is just good business...."

We now see the same man looking thoughtful as the words "I can reduce casualties" appears under a lightbulb.

"....but there are steps that you better take to make sure you won't get sued for it. Which brings us to...."

Now the word "Liability" appears, followed by a tag marked "Sale. * = Sold as is...you may get killed."

"Liability. Being a thrifty shopper is damn smart, but best to be aware of buying stuff on sale that comes with a certain amount of risk."

We now see a curtain. As the tutorial thing continues, some eyes peeks out from under the curtains, glancing at the camera creepily.

"Besides from the daily risk of lawsuit, you may risk that something might be hiding inside what you just purchased with that steeply discounted price tag."

And of course, the same man appears, grinning and shrugging under the words "No way you can prove anything!"

"And of course, that would be only a serious danger if there was something outside that has been trying to get into the place for months now....but we aren't confirming anything right now."

The video is about to come to a close as we see Lotso grinning to us.

"We now conclude the amount of help that we are legally obligated to give to you. Do not forget, you are now the face of the newly re-branded Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear Pizza Palace. Wear that smile with pride and make some money."

The video ends with a shot of a half eaten pizza near the word "End".

"As a reminder, Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear Entertainment will be not be held responsible for any disappearances, deaths, or dismemberment. We warned you..."

---------

"Well...." Wing said, blinking as the video came to an end, via clicking. "That was something. You would've thought that they told us more about this ahead of time."

"They did." Junior grunts as he cringes a bit. "But hopefully this will ended the nightmare my family has done...."

"You okay, Junior?"

"I have been like this for centuries, Wing. No thing to worry for me now."

"Okay." Wing said, slowly nodding as he got up. "Time we get to work...."

Author's note
Interesting start? Next chapter, the two get to work on their restaurant, then do some computer work. But things get serious when an "old friend" from the past returns for salvaging. Read, review and suggest.
