This site has intrigued me, and I have thought I might like to play, but I am finding it difficult to get to know much about it. This leaves me very frustrated. Do you have the following forums or topics? If you do, it would be useful to guests if they could see them, and might encourage them to join: A list and description of characters allowed and the guidelines for their use (example: http://z6.invisionfree.com/Masquerade_Project/index.php?showforum=3 ) A collection of character profiles that have been accepted (example: http://z4.invisionfree.com/Behind_The_Veil/index.php?showforum=29 ) A list of classes/professsors/syllabi You see, I have thought of offering you a professor, but perhaps you have too many already, then I saw you have a member who is playing a "creature," but I saw nothing about what kind of creatures might be allowed and I thought that it might be a lot of fun to play one of those instead. Okay. I really need to leave but since this is brought up, I'll answer it now. Yes, we have character descriptions. Character Profiles of Approved members, we have it but it is only visible to sorted members. Why? Because there was one situation where someone stole a character description of one of our members (copy paste thingy >_< ). To avoid such abuse, I decided to show the rest of the site including the Character Profile to those sorted members only. But since you brought it up, I will make it visible now to Unsorted members. Next, we have character group description with regards to student characters. It is located HERE. I know that there is no detailed information for non-student characters, but they are more likely self explanatory. Professors and School Staff are those who help the Headmaster and teach classes in school. Shop Keepers are those who owns and runs the shops where students and other characters buy their stuff like wand, book, owl, clothes, etc. Adult Wizards are wizard characters aged 18 and up. They already acquired the necessary skills of a wizard from Wizarding Schools. Squib and Muggles are characters who don't have magical abilities. Squibs are from wizard families but was not able to have magical abilities. Muggles are just regular people who have no magical abilities, completely non-wizard Characters. Creatures are non-human characters. Fairy, Vampire, Giant, Beasts, and other Harry Potter Creatures are included in this Character group. Ghost - well self explanatory. We have ghosts in Harry Potter book series roaming around the school, so it is possible here as well. Child of Magic are those characters below 11 years old who were born from wizard families. We still need Professors for new class ideas, just to let you know. Informations about it are listed HERE. We have one creature character which is for a plot which is currently paused due to some personal reasons of the plot participants, but it will definitely resume soon. More likely, Creatures are almost the same as Harry Potter Creatures. I hope I was able to answer all your questions clearly. |
