"OUTLOOK for TUESDAY to THURSDAY … a rather cold and unsettled period, with winds becoming east to southeast … at the moment, it does not look cold enough for snow except perhaps on higher terrain in the north and east, but it may be a close call with highs 5-7 C and overnight lows near freezing, somewhat below in any clearing intervals. This cold spell may end with strong winds and heavy rain as milder air tries to push back in late in the week." I am inclined to believe that some wet snow may fall over this period, even on low ground esp. the North, but hey! What do I know? !!!! Edited by radiospu, February 11 2011, 01:29 PM.

I was right I was right I was right I was right - they're now forecasting wintry perhaps on lower levels on Monday! How did I know? As usual - the Bracknell surface chart for Monday!!! Shows the 528 'thickness line' south of us, with showers coming in from the West!!!!!!

The moon roughly revolves around the Earth every 28 days. The moon does not produce any light itself. When you see the moon you are seeing light which is reflected off the moon's surface. The amount of light reflected depends on the angle the moon makes between the Earth and the Sun. |

no can do. Wife has camera with her. Still coming down but getting lighter all the time. Might see a covering later if the showers keep coming. All associated with this system http://www.met.ie/latest/rainfall_radar.asp?ani=y seems to be a rotating system that will bring further showers in the evening http://www.sat24.com/gb |
