if you have one, of course.

mine consists of running 8 to 10 miles at the local park, then doing easy shit like push ups, sit ups, blah blah blah, for about 20 minutes, then going home, and masturbating in the shower.


well not really, but i do shower afterwards every day...
...and some times i do masturbate......

I run every other day. Usually only two-three miles but I do it as fast as I can for PT. Then I lift weights on opposite days for an hour or so.

I haven't been running lately, but once school gets out, my old roommate and I are going to go to the gym 4-5 days a week. They have a full track there, so 2 miles to start, and more after I'm back in the swing of running.

Otherwise, I do 50 sit-ups every morning and every night. I do all forms of stretching before I shower. Also, when I'm in bed, I usually do that thing where you lift your legs about 6-7 inches while laying flat on your back and hold it for a full minute a couple of times while reading before I fall asleep.

Also, I play basketball and dodgeball weekly.

oh, and there just called "six inches"

In basic training we called them leg lifts. But we actually lifted our legs until he would stop saying shit and then we'd have to just keep our legs six inches off the ground. Suuuuuucked.
