Just e-mailed a girl at work that I like if she wanted to eat lunch with me tomorrow.
Not expecting any positive response, lol.

Went to the dentist today for my yearly check.
He found 1 hole and removed it, costing me $226 in total. It was over in like 10 minutes or so :(

You mean he removed a tooth due to the hole? Don't they normally just crown the tooth so you get to keep and use it? Or is the hole really bad? Any who, I'm no dentist.

No, that's not how it works.
The dentist removes the infected parts of the tooth (by using a mini-saw or whatever it's called) and then fills the removed part of the tooth with a special filling.
My hole wasn't so deep - and the nerve-sences are located deeo, so I didn't feel much pain at all.

Anyways, I just back from our annual company seminar, which lasted 2 days.
It was fun and I got contact with a very cute girl :D

Here's the story:
Our seminar were held at a hotel and when we arrived there, I noticed that another company were also going to have a seminar there.
We all checked in and started to walk to our reserved rooms. I was walking and talking with a coworker of mine and as we passed the girl that was walking in front of us, she smiles at me. Now this could just have been a friendly smile, but I was sure I had seen her somewhere before - You don't forget a pretty face when your first see one. I just couldn't remember where. It was driving me crazy.

It drove me insane when I noticed that during the coffeebreaks when I saw her, she also smiled to me. Of course I smiled back, but I didn't try to contact her - was too many people around her and me.

After the dinner later that evening, people started to gather around at the lounge. Music was on and people started to chitchat.
With a little help from a coworker of mine, I managed to poke her on the shoulder and started a conversation (I told my coworker earlier about this girl and she noticed that the girl were standing at the bar ordering a drink - so she hinted me to come to the bar).

Now here's the funny part.
You know how guys like to hit on girls with the cheesy pickup-line :"Hey, where have I seen you before?" Well, I pulled that one, but in my case, it was true. I really wanted to know.

It turned out that she were also wondering the same about me since this morning when we met, lol! I guess she was just shy or something and didn't try to contact me.
We talked about which school we went too, were we worked and I later found out that I had seen her on the subway train that I take to work everyday.
She told me that took the exact same subwaytrain everyday at 7 am and went home about 2-3 pm.

Unfortunately for me, she's living with someone :(
But I really want her as a friend. She seems like a very nice girl.
Our conversation lasted like 30 minutes and then she told me that she had to go to her room to play poker with her coworkers.

Story ends here :)

I will for sure try to look for her on the subwaytrain and try to ask her if she wants to go grab a coffee sometimes.
Who knows, maybe she has pretty girlfriends...

Next time you see a pretty girl, make the first move.

It's always a downer when you find out a girl you like is already in a relationship.

Yeah it sucks.
She's the kind of person that really "glows" when entering a room.
All attention are like focused on her.

But I have a small chance of seing her again on the subtrain. Let's just hope the God of Luck is on my side.

Hah, what are the odds?
I decided today to head out to town to clean my office (it was my last day on friday - got a new position at the Department). Before I left the appartment, I wanted to put Gavin DeGraw's song "In Love With A Girl" on my mp3 player so that I could think of the girl I met on the seminar.
And guess what? I was listening to the song on the subway train and after a few stops, she entered the train (of course with her bf or whatever).

Couldn't go to her and say hi - would be awkward.
Sign or coincidence?
