Started my cutting process for body building. Gonna do it different, though. I'm gonna start endurance lifting with what I usually lift, like the heavy weight that I can do 10/12 reps with max. I don't want to get any much bulkier. I'd like to think 210 is alright for a 17 year old boiiiii.

By cutting process do you mean marked muscles?
Isn't it just doing the same excercises with light weights and more reps?

It's holding me back from progressing. But my gramps keeps bringing pikes and cakes from work and as much as I refuse to eat them, I wake up starving and I don't think twice about going for it :/

So you have the same problem as me, lol!
I do different abs crunches everytime I'm at the gym and I try to run 20-30 min after the workouts as well.
Hopefully this will reduce my stomach fat :(

I did some research on the whole abs thing a while ago. I don't even bother with the ab crunches. Seeing how there's not such thing as spot reduction, the only thing that crunches are doing is gaining muscle. Which isn't bad, but it makes the appearance that your stomach is getting bigger rather than smaller. So I don't even bother with abs anymore. I just walk for 30 minutes after workout. I need a bike though. I'd rather be cycling than treadmilling.

10 pounds in fat. I'm almost a solid 200 c; I just need to trim up my shoulders, lower belly and booty. :B & nutsack.
