I added you as a friend.
Also, you are doing low-carb diets?

I stopped eating rice, potatoes and bread. Only salads, fish, some meat and fruits nowadays. Let's see how it affects my body.
(you're not supposed to eat fruits because it contains a lot of carbs, but I can't quit eating fruits, it's so delicious!)

Well some carbs are actually good for you, and needed to maintain muscle. Without carbs, you deteriorate a lot faster. Like, stay away from simple carbs. They get you fat because they can be consumed a lot easier than complex carbs, as well as be stored quicker. Replace potatoes with yams, eat wild/black rice and well, I stopped eating bread too. But that way you won't have to shun carbs and still feel good.

I cycle my carbs throughout the day, but overall I do eat a lot more carbs than I really should.
In the morning (like on weekends when I dont have school or vacations) before my workout I go heavy on carbs. Whole wheat pastas and pancakes are generally what I eat, and if desperate, cereal. Then when I come back from a workout I try to cut them in half and go for minimum carb meal with my shake. Then, throughout the day, I'll eat something a little carby to stretch through the day and my last meal have like 20 or so carbs with my meal so I can TRY to sleep without feeling starved.
Never really works out. My insomnia wont let me stay off the carbs. >:c

& on my cheat days, I kind of neglect my carbs and take in double than usual.
So overall I slowly decrease & maintain body fat as well as get good gains.
Not my goal really. I wish I could get rid of the majority of my stupid body fat D:<

& I barely accepted it. Thanks :D

I think I'm going to drop the low carb diet.
I'm loosing weight and muscles :|

But I'll still cut out bread.
Also, look at this:

http://www.mensfitness.com/nutrition/what-to-eat/asparagus-101

Looks like raw asparagus can make you look more buffed. Raw broccoli is supposed to be very healthy too.

Oh dude Ive been finding out some crazy shit about vegetables too. Spinach has 14% more grams of protein than red meat! I'm definitely putting my spinach in my diet.

Yeah, low carb diets arent the greatest.
Especially if you're trying to get stronger.
Try doing circuit training and intense cardio after lifting, it should compensate for any lingering calories from carbs, meaning you can still eat carbs and get more defined :D
That's what I do. I do my 1 1/2 to 2 hours or lifting and run a fast mile. It's weird, this week Ive been smoking more and my miles are getting finished faster.

You crazy health mfs. I miss the days when 'Absol' was young and impressionable - and I was...this:

I like how Andy calls us crazy healthy motherfuckers.
Only benefits if you start working out Andy. If you look good, you gain girls, you get jobs easier and your life gets healthier!

Did I mention that I took a girlfriend (+ her bestfriend and her friend) home to my place and they all ended up in my bed? No sex involved because it felt so weird and because I only like one of them. Yet, sleeping with 3 girls in the same bed is amazing.
Another memorable moment in my life was when I went on a date with 3 single girls XD

Abel:
Do you eat your veggies raw? I hear spinach contain small quanities of naturally occuring toxins (if you eat them raw), but not sure.
I will start eating asparagus (raw), broccoli (raw) and spinach (not raw)!

By the way, can your cholesterol increase by eating too much eggs...? I've heard some people say it's true, but some say it's not true. Any thoughts? I might have to do some indepth Google search.

I started running at the start of last semester and eating a bit healthier but it got in the way of other commitments and fizzled unfortunately. I kinda enjoyed it though.

Running is the most boring part. You have to have music or you will go crazy.
It also helps if you have something to think about. Just shut everything around you out and think of something, a mathproblem, a girl you like or the superhot body you will gain after months of sweating.

Have you guys heard about Broccolini? Supposedly it's a superveggie.

I Love that Andy called us crazy health motherfuckers.
I don't eat them raw. I usually have them with a meat or source with more substance. I like them steamed or stir fried. With spinach, I like to put them in omelets.
Well the thing is that the yolk has a lot of cholesterol in it, bur cholesterol can be controlled and lowered with constant cardio. Therefore, unless you're really lazy on your feet and eat a lot of cholesterol rich foods, it can get bad. But eggs alone wont really heighten it. I eat 4 to 8, maybe 12 if I don't have alternatives.

I have to wait and see what my Grandma's budget it to buy veggies. She's the overlord of purchasing edibles.

Indeed. I like to listen to Electro house, happy hardcore and russian pumping house to keep me concentrated. Music helps to the point where I don't need to feel the need to breathe out of my mouth when I run on the faster segments. I put on a serious face and use my super nostrils.
