Avocados have a lot of fiber and protein, and are recommended to put implied in every meal (which seems a bit surreal, cause i dont like avocados.) Almonds are good, peanuts obviously, pistachios and especially sunflower seeds. Get sunflower seeds without the shells, and one serving, which might be a cup or so, has 7-8 grams of protein in it. and you can eat a lot of them. they have good oils and are pretty good, but pretty salty altogether. they dont really have any unsalted kernals anywhere as far as i know. fruit, to be honest i dont eat a lot of fruits. i eat more vegetables than fruits. But bananas are good. Good carbs, potassium and whatnot. (Hate those too.)

For now, they have oil and fish to support the economy.
Who knows how long that's going to last.

Are there a lot of asians in Norway? I think I'm more attracted to non-asian women now. It used to be the opposite.

If you can't find attractive girls in your city, it's time to move or try online dating.
If you were to be placed in, let's say Korea, for like 20 years you would start liking Korean girls too.
Your surroundings and environment affects your brain.

But this is just my theory.

Move to Garden Grove (Orange County). HUGE asian community there - heck, it even has a sign saying "Little Saigon".

No, not many asians girls over here.
I find Asian Cali girls very pretty :)

What kind of protein are you consuming most?

• Casein?
• Egg?
• Whey?

Quote:

Here are the main advantages of casein powder:
• High glutamine content - Of all four of the protein powders, casein contains the highest amounts of the amino acid glutamine, which can benefit bodybuilders and athletes by helping preserve muscle mass and aiding immune system function.
• More thorough absorption - Since casein powder moves through the digestive tract more slowly than whey protein, it is likely that the body will be able to absorb and use the protein more efficiently.

Here are the main advantages of egg protein:
• Excellent alternative for those with allergies - If you are allergic to Casien, Whey or Soy, then egg white protein could be your best bet.
• High biological value - Casein protein powder has a high biological value meaning that a substantial number of it's amino acids can be utilized by the body for tissue growth.
• Low in calories – Egg protein is very low in calories as it is virtually free of carbohydrates and fat.
• Excellent amino acid profile - Just like eggs, egg protein shares an outstanding amino acid profile, meaning that the body can easily convert the protein to muscle tissue.

Here are the advantages of whey protein:
• Extremely high biological value - Whey protein has a chart topping biological value meaning that it's amino acid profile is better matched to muscle proteins than any other food.
• Fast absorption - Whey protein can be absorbed by the body faster than any other type of protein.
• Can increase immune system function - Studies have proven that whey protein can strengthen the immune system, due to it's unique amino acid profile.
• Can increase IGF-1 production - Whey protein may help stimulate muscle growth by increasing insulin-like growth factor-1.
• High in IAAs and BCAAs - Whey protein's high concentrations of indispensable amino acids and branched chain amino acids give it a "protein sparing" effect.

Do you know why some people like to take creatine...?

I honestly think it's cheating. But they take it cause they want to get big fast. Creatine helps improve the water flow to muscles, which floods the muscle with nutrients so you can get a better lift and progress faster. But the thing is, when you're off it, and your body cant flow water the way creatine can, your lift and your muscle goes down. So it's really just a placebo. But they just came out with a new creatine that you don't have to cycle on and off with and can still get good muscle without losing it. A lot of people use it for recovery, too. But Im against it. I mean it's not like child porn bad but i'd rather not take it.
