Hey HELL, how to I prevent 4th of July fireworks from happening on my pan when I'm frying meat...? ![]() Do I have too much heat? Do I have too much oil? I need to know because it's one heck of a cleaning job when the oil is spread all over the kitchen! :aargh: Makes me not want to use the pan and use the oven instead
