Post delicious fruits! :iconheart: :superhappy: Fruits are natural sources for fructose, which is almost the same as sucrose, but a bit healthier. First up is: Rambutan ![]() ![]() If you haven't tried these yet, get your ass down to Chinatown and buy them! I recommend buying the real fruits, but they are usually expensive. They also come in cans (usually in syrup), and these are not so bad either. They're both really tasty and sweet. Opening them can be hard sometimes if you don't know the technique. The outer layer can be hard too. I learned this the hard way, hurting my nails when I was in Paris eating these ![]() Fastest way is of course using a knife :biggringreen: But you can also use your fingers to "twist" it in half. After you've got an opening, just use your superhuman powers to open the fruit. This is shown below: ![]() ![]() Dragon fruit ![]() ![]() ![]() These pinkish fruits don't have much taste, but worth mentioning. They kinda taste like kiwi fruits without the sour taste. Very beautiful to look at, and very easy to peel off the outer layer. These fruits are usually overcharged. Watch out for those selling asian women! Mangostan ![]() They don't look so delicious, but they are! Don't let the ugly look outside fool you, inside they are milky white and juicy. I've only eaten the real fruits so I don't know anything about the mangostan drinks that are usually sold in asian stores. |
