This is the final lecture given at Carnegie Mellon University by Randy Pausch, a professor of Computer Science who is dying of pancreatic cancer.

The video is 76 minutes long. But it is also the most inspirational, funny and moving 76 minutes I've ever spent on the Internet, and by far, one of the best lecture I have ever heard. Don't be put off by its length - Dr. Pausch is a funny, engaging lecturer, and very upbeat for a man who knows he doesn't have long to live. And y'know, that's inspirational in itself, that a dying man has more life in him than a lot of people that I know!
