If you eat good; there's totally no reason to need supplements. I came down with an auto-immune disease because of the additive "silicon" aka silicon dioxide aka slica which was added to supplements, chili powder, cooking sprays, and pharmaceuticals.

It depends on what kind of multivitamins you buy.
Mine costs about 15 bucks. Maybe it's a bit pricey, but I don't care about the price when it comes to health stuff (ok, maybe a little bit...)

I usually buy them at my local pharmacy store.

Edit:
It really doesn't matter how much the multivitamins costs. It's the same chemical compounds in those pills. They're just manufactured by different companies.

Save your money... high priced supplements can be a rip-off!! Large chain store brands, like K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid, and Eckerd, are often among the highest quality supplements available. We always buy multivitamin pills at Wally World. :uppy:

As a doctor, I would recommend you to eat a balanced diet.
As a pharmacist, I would recommend you to buy the most expensive product.
As a chemist, I would recommend you to buy any product since they're all made up by the same compounds.

The prices are different because they're made by manufactures that charges differently.
Don't waste your money buying those expensive, nice looking vitamin bottles. What's more important is what the tablets contain.

I'm using something called "Omega-3 Multi", which are vitamin-tablets combined with omega fatty acids (contains essential amino acids that the human body cannot selfproduce). If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's basically vitamins + fish-oil inside a capsule.

Ask your local pharmacist about the combination pills.

Also, get some sleep. It's nature's way of regenerating your body. Not to mention the best cure for everything bad that can damage you.

Ah ok, I'll look more into your stuff since it contains omega fatty acids which Centrum lacks.
