Chief of Staff Posts: 6,143 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: January 9, 2006	I've used Whitestrips for years now, and I think it was only the first time that I've encountered the toothaches problems. It was just small pains that lasted like a few seconds every now and then. I ignored it and just used the rest of the strips. Haven't had any problems since then. One tip, instead of using strips twice a day as the package says, use only once a day. I did this because I didn't have time in the morning to put on strips (yeah, I'm always stressed out when I wake up in the morning - so that I can get to work at 8 AM). So I did it at night before I went to bed. But doing this will make the process longer, 14 days instead of 7 :) It's ok with me, as long as I get whiter teeth, hehe.
