He has worked with some of the greatest chefs (Ferran Adria, Sergio Herman, Heston Blumenthal, Sang Hoon Degeimbre), and is one of the most important people when it comes to networking in the restaurant business. His reference website is awesome because it can be useful for everyone, it's easy to navigate through, there are a bunch of recipes, and the amount of ingredients you can select from is huge. It's basically a database of flavours, what you can combine or replace them with, so it can lead to exciting new dishes. Even if you're not into cooking, it's pretty neat to look at. |
