Here's the "logic" behind gravity: big things make smaller things come closer to them. Is there any way to actually explain that? No, it just is. There's no human explanation for it. There's also no way that it came into existence on its own. God created gravity and logical thinking. To say that God's existence is illogical is like saying gravity's existence is illogical. Neither can be explained by science, but both still exist. |

Read less on Gravity and more on the theory of relativity. It explains about the curvauture in space/time blah blah. Basically explains what gravity is and why it does what it does. |

Science can explain "what" and "how" but logic is supposed to explain "why". Science cannot explain why things happen. It eventually will run out of things to say and resort to "that's just the way it is, OK?". |

You know, I never understood this. How did god come to be? I mean, he can't have just created himself because then you would need something else from which he came from. He couldnt have just 'been' there because he had to come from somewhere? Can someone please help me out? |

How did you come into existence? You were created by something that was created by something that was created by something etc. When did that cycle begin? Whether you believe in God, evolution, the big bang, primordial soup, or anything else, there had to be a point in time in which everything started. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. -Gen 1:1 Did God exist before this? It says "beginning", so maybe God came into existence as soon as He created something. I know its hard to believe, but it really shoudn't matter how God came into existence, because somehow He did and it's probably beyond our understanding. |
