Gyakuten Kenji now up for Pre Order at Play Asia
I've been obsessed with all that is Gyakuten Saiban/Phoenix Wright for about a month now, and I'm about half way through Gyakuten Saiban 4/Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Gyuakuten Kenji is the next game in the series, although it has been made abundantly clear that this game is NOT a Gyakuten Saiban game and will play differently and contain no court scenes. It will however use a number of characters from Gyakuten Saiban, most notably Miles Edgeworth, the games protagonist - Phoenix Wright's Prosecutor rival.
Not much is known about the game at this stage, as Capcom have kept it on the hush hush. Many other previously known characters will appear in the game, such as Franziska Von Karma and Detective Gumshoe, but no word on Phoenix Wright as yet.
I'm so very very tempted by this, but hot damn that's a lot of moolah. I'll have to sleep on it. Trailer can be viewed below. English subbed for your understanding pleasure.

Hair
I've had lots of hair styles and colours over the years. I wish I had more photos of more of my hair adventures. Like my black hair with a green stripe in my fringe, or the time I had balck hair, and the underneath layer was bright bright bright hot pink. Why did I not take a photo of that? Anywhoo, for posterity, here's some of my previous hairstyles. Wrestling photos included!!
(Right now, my hair is just a plain chocolate brown. It was blue black, but faded quickly)
Short Red. My hair was down to my butt before this day and I bit the bullet and cut it all off. Loved it for a few months, but never again.
Blue. Must have been a spur of the moment thing. Blue never looks good in my hair.
Red, long and curly. This is one of my favourite hairstyles. My hair was so healthy then.
Magenta. Faded in a week, but MAN it was bright that night. I loved it.
Black. An old favourite. The first time I dyed my hair black was the day after my sisters wedding. I was sixteen. I haven't seen my natural colour since.
Short and Black. I'm so glad my hair has grown back now.
Finally, long and light red. I don't think my hair has ever looked as nice since then. I wish I had that hair now.
Man, I have changed my hair a lot. I wonder what I'll do next??? I'm seriously considering some red streaks. And growing my hair more.
It's times like this that I LOVE being a girl.

Unproductive Day

Well if he's trying to coerce the female populace to ensconce itself in tech news, then I award him ten thousand points for succeeding. Do I have any idea what he is talking about? Hell no. Will I watch more of his videos? Hell yes. Will I in fact probably learn more about iphones, macs and tech gadgets in the meantime? Very likely. Education through immersion! If it works for learning Japanese, I'm sure I'll be wanting an iphone very soon.
The man has a plan to educate the masses! Without a shirt. On a beach.

I'm playing my Xbox again...
Saints Row 2 is fucking awesome.
I can't shoot for shit, and can't control the camera, but god damn am I having the time of my life playing that game. The cutscenes are seriously hilarious.
I am getting better at the shooting though, but the control of the camera is tricky to master. I never play FPS, so that's probably why I'm having a hard time with it. But the more I play, the better I'll get. Thank god Hiss is busy with Gears 2 now otherwise I'd have to get my own copy.
Looking forward to the DLC over Christmas!

Strange Smells
I dug out one of my perfume oils I bought from a herbalist a few years ago this morning, and it smells EXACTLY like banana yogo. It's yummy. Problem is, it's really strong and mixes with pretty much every other smell that I encounter. So now I'm sitting here waiting to eat my super fattening friday breakfast of a bacon and egg roll with barbecue sauce...but it smells like it has banana on it.
Chanel Holographic! OMFG It's GORGEOUS. It's super rare and an asian exclusive, and impossible to find and worth $60 US but I STILL want it.
And speaking of rare and expensive, an aussie seller has listed FIVE discontinued OPI Greens on eBay for a BIN price of $110. That's $22 a bottle for SUPER rare greens which I would gladly pay. But not all at once, and not when I'm broke. (Like now).

I've Been Good I Swear!
Really, I have. just been buying nail polish, and not much other than that. Still waiting on all the christmas polishes to go up for sale. I've got a bunch of Sinful Polishes on the way (2 greens, a purple and an orange), one of the new Sally Hansens from the fall collection (black sparkles), a blue, a purple and an emerald green. I found a new site to buy from: Cherry Culture. Cheap makeup, funky stuff and cheap shipping to Australia. Now if only the dollar will go back up so I can justify the spendages.
I'm really starting to get annoyed at not being able to drive. It's really been a thorn in my butt lately. I lack the time to learn, someone to teach me, a decent car to learn in and the $$$ to get lessons. It's a forking uphill battle. I am SO sick of having to rely on other peeps to get myself around though. I really hoped to have my license by my birthday but obviously that didn't happen. I'm gonna aim for March 31st next year. That's also the date I aim to finish my course.
I cut all my nails off. They were annoying me. They are growing back way quick though. I have the laziest mani in the world today. One coat of Misa Confection Section. No base, no TC. At least I put polish on. Maybe tonight I'll do something a little better. I need to dye my hair though. I look like a skunk. Got my first grey hair too. WTF is this shit. I'm like 25 (until monday).
Stevie made the Big W catalog. I marked out like a huge dork. My sister sent me a pic of the catalog via MMS and was like "Isn't this your fave guy?". I'm like yeah - I'm gonna buy like six of them and have them all over the house. $4 Stevies!

I really want to go home and play my xbox. I want to play that Rhythm game that came out last night. And Guitar Hero (insert name here), and Lego Batman, and VPTIP, and VPPA, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Uno, and Eternal Sonata, and Enchanted Arms, and Root Beer Tapper. I'm so behind the times.
I really hope Hiss buys me a Cherry Ripe.

Birthday
I bought one part of my birthday present, and bid on the other half. Hiss seems to prefer it when I pick out my own presents, and since I handle all our finances, it seems to make sense.
