Prior to owning an xbox I was busily Forza'ing in the real world, and here is that story. :)

The car as I purchased her. Stock standard engine (no mods), Tein height and rebound adjustable, 3.5" exhaust from the standard cat back, wheels... (my second car)

My criteria for purchasing this car was:
1. Turbo
2. Rear wheel drive

After looking at an inconceivable amount of really poor condition 200sx's, I happened across my 'line in the trading post one Saturday morning, being sold at a dealer.

All it took was one test drive, and I was hooked. At the time it had power and torque that I had never experienced before... Little did I know that within two years of owning the car I would virtually double both...

Here I am getting a baseline dyno reading at Unique Autosports.

Not too foul. 166.9kw at the rear wheels.

...but still, that wasn't enough for me.

What would I do in Forza if I had a little bit of cash and a turbocharged vehicle...

Large front mount intercooler.

Soon after this I purchased a Greddy Profec B spec II electronic boost controller, 3" dump pipe, and high flow catalytic converter.

(no pics of the above unfortunately)

But here was the result @ 11psi

Clutch upgrade came next, and with it a 3.8kg flywheel :)

By this stage I was needing new tyres, and I disliked the wheels that the car came with, the width and offset at the rear was all wrong.

So I got these and fitted 265/35 tyres to the rears.

Still unhappy with the current power and craving more, more, more, I purchased a fully programmable ECU for the car. An Apexi Power FC.

Here you can see where the hand controller for it is. I can control a/f ratio, injector duty cycle, timing, etc etc etc throughout the rev range.

...and the resultant dyno curve and power @ 14psi

Significant gains through the midrange, and a shitload more torque.

I should've left it at that. But I wanted even more power....

Enter a GT30R turbo...

Here it is sitting above the standard turbo. Bit of a difference.

I also upgraded injectors (now 770cc), fuel pump, added a fuel pressure regulator, and added an external 38mm wastegate.

...here she is back on the dyno. What'll she put out.

I needed some ventilation for that turbo shoved in down there. So I thought why not go for something lightweight.

East Bear - made in Japan... real carbon fibre (not the cheap-crap-chinese-made-shit)

little bit of bling/actually does something too.

strut tower brace.

After I fitted this I had all suspension bushes replaced by urethane ones. This made a HUGE difference to the way the car felt. Instant response to any steering input. (I highly recommend this be done by anyone with a car that has a few years on it).

...more weight reduction.

East Bear carbon fibre boot lid, to match the front.

Also, deletion of the rear wing. (I dislike rear wings much in the same way I dislike dark Rainbow 6 maps)...
