Is anyone playing Forza 3? Has anyone experienced any damage without making contact with anything but the road? I've witnessed this personally before my own eyes – twice, so i can confirm it happening 100% without question. So far its only happened in the R1 races.. the brakes on the car become fully damaged (red) even though the car hasn't hit anything at all, including other cars. The first time i saw it, all four brakes started to go yellow then red at the same time, then the next time, only 3 went yellow, then red, with the 4th brake turning red later in the race. HOW? Is it a glitch? Has the damage model been upgraded to include heat damage or something? |

Could possibly be heat damage? I'm yet to race an R1 car though. That's very strange, sounds unplayable. |

yeah its the only thing i can think of.. certainly makes it really difficult on the last few laps (on hard) as the braking becomes skidding without choice.. |

The wear seems to be a bit odd in this game, whilst doing a endurance race my tyres would get up to about 40% worn before I have to pit for fuel, but no damage would register on the little popup thingy. |

That's actually reminded me of something quite important; the damage meter does NOT come up - i found I had the damage by accidentally hitting right on the d-pad (to show damage) hang on ur saying wear not damage - but the brakes cant go red in 3 laps with no collisions...
