This is a game where you watch Blitz play Rock Band and use Kinect to throw rotten veggies at him when he sucks. Not really, but someone should make that shit. It's really a nice little rhythm game where you try to get the multipliers up on each of the instruments to get a hi-score and unlock power-ups. Each instrument only uses a left-right mechanic to each instrument, and it probably isn't quite as musical as you first expect, but it comes together well. The really cool bits? Firstly, your entire Rock Band library is fully accessible, and the new songs from this game will be added to it as well. That fact alone really blows the scope of this one out of the water. I picked it up for the PS3 since that's what the rest of my Rock Band games is on. This doesn't matter though due to the the other cool part. Facebook integration. Wow this is clever, and why has no one used this before? It's not just for posting your hi-scores to your wall, it actually links your account and your console to the Rock Band app, effectively becoming a cross-platform bridge. 360 and PS3 friends can work together to acheive goals and unlock extra cash, challenge each other, or even just have access to each others hi-scores. On it's own, it may take some convincing for the price, but factor in those two things and it's an awesome little package. |

I only have RB3 because it has pro drums, and I have a midi controller for my PS3. I'm rather done with all the plastic instruments. |
