I guess this can be considered a continuation of the previous threads in v1.0 (after all, every topic in the Serious Discussion forum mentioned this at some point).

Discuss your believe (or lack thereof) in some sort of greater or higher power, existence, or entity. Feel free to debate about the possibility of validity about other people's beliefs, but respect them all the same.

As for me, I believe that there is a greater force in existence. It predates reality as we know it. This means that it is outside our perception of time (which is shaky at best), because time as we know it was gradually created during the beginnings of the big bang. This force is often interpreted as a deity, such as the Christian God, and is found in cultures worldwide. Beliefs of this sort often start as a simple answer to touch questions, but as one explores the basis and mechanics of this reality, it becomes hard to deny such an existence (though this hardly requires that a being created or designed the universe). For example, a simple glance at the conservation of energy will reveal that the total amount of energy in any isolated system remains constant but can't be recreated. From whence came energy (matter is a form of energy)?

Its me so if you don't know.......... ..... .... .... ... .. .. .. ... .. . .. ugh yeah

As for your statement: a watch maker is not subjected to it. Therefore if God created the law of the conservation of energy he is not subjected to its law(s)

I have to agree with Xamad. Many seem to try to disprove God by using various physical laws, but if He did create... well... everything, there's no logical reason why he would be bound by the same laws as us.

The why does it say that all man should be equal when he isn't?

Isn't that like God-moding?
Come with me if you want to see anything worth while, my child
I'll show you anything and everything
Go to heaven for the weather
But to hell to sell your soul
I'll show you where mine went so long ago

Yes.

God is a God-moder.

For some reason, this isn't very surprising.

I'd so buy a Legend of Zelda Panda.

He's not very good at finding them, though.

No, I'm saying that God insists on not having any flaws.

Except the whole honesty thing.
