Cooldown City, affectionately referred to as Cooldown Town, is the hub of Outer Heaven. Ruled by corporations that try to expand influence outside of their districts by whatever means, only the illusive and ever-present Yotsuyama Enterprises keep the city from sprawling into chaos. Androids and cyborgs roam among the humans as all of them simply try to get by in the city that never sleeps.

The sister-city of Cooldown Town, if not its polar opposite in plenty of ways. Maltesevale looks and plays the part of Prohibition Era United States, with gangs vying for power over as the powerless authorities attempt to put an effort to wrangle the city into a proper place to live. Booze, drugs, and high technology is fiercely prohibited in an effort to keep it out of the hands of the gangs, but only ends up making more jobs for the discerning gangster in the long run.

A city floating among the clouds, Tachyon's eccentric location matches the eccentric nature of the city, only reachable through zeppelins that come and go to the surface. Industrial and driven by the progression of science, the bronze sunlight laden city streets cover the darkness of the heavy class divide in the city. Where only the wealthy or talented thrive, the city forever stands on a tipping point.

An independent industrialist meritocracy, Beznystav maintains a strong influence further inland to the west of Cooldown Town. Beznystav consists of several states with the largest being its city-state capital of Pristavinia. The Empire is lead by a council of Generals, the empire holding the flag as potentially the largest and most dangerous army in Outer Heaven, leaving the neighboring cities cautious of what secrets are being hidden nation.

A traditionalist empire founded in the northeast, Regalia is a land built its life around principles of chivalry, magic, and religious devotion. Led by an absolute monarchy, the land serves as a small bastion of modesty in contrast to the technology driven world surrounding it, though the magical influence of the nation has left it just as developed as their neighbors.

An countryside farming town caught in the middle of Mainland, serving as a potential crossroads for many going from Cooldown Town to the eastern coastline. Maplecrest often seems mysteriously detached from many of the politics of Outer Heaven despite its location, and its citizens seem to have no intention to shy away from the peaceful life the town provides.

A massive school lot built on an sheer cliff on the southern coast, Nirvana Heights Academy (NHA) is the most prestigious boarding school in Outer Heaven, with an eccentric approach to education only permitted by the seemingly infinite resources at the school's disposal. Students can apply, but most are only ever permitted on school grounds via exclusive invitations handed out either personally or through highly rigid public competitions.

While the woods are untamed and generally wild in the variation of flora and fauna within, many species carved out homes for themselves within the trees and the impossibly large mountain watching over the woods. Deep within is said to be a shrine that can lead to a land known as Shinpitochi, a land governed by magic and veritable playground of Gods, demons, and other magical beings.

Void is a massive abyss, so unbelievably large and unfathomably deep that it's mere existence drives many spelunkers to explore the depths of inside of the bottomless pit. Valuable relics, otherworldly flora and fauna, and immense danger is held within. The farther one goes down the more dangers one must face.

An arid desert filled with remnants of some ancient machine civilization. During the day the sand the sand radiates a white coloration while at night seems to hold a red color when put under light not from the sun. While some etches of proper civilization was carved out in this dry land, like the stone city of Semblance, most other residents of the desert are wandering raiders and scavengers hoping to unearth the machine remnants for themselves.

Stretching across the Eastern horizon from Mainland is the abnormal sea of salt-free water. Many islands peck across the waters, but what lays at the furthest east remains a mystery. The sea water may be drinkable, but the dangers of the ocean are still present and grow the farther one heads east.

A conventionally impassable point in the ocean to the south of Mainland, boiling from the rays of the sun and the volcanic activity below. Conventional planes and ships often boil their passengers within, if not outright detonate. Perhaps however, there is aught to be found in this inhospitable place. If not within, then beyond.
