Alright. I made this handy dandy little inquiry skeleton for those of you who wish your characters to have powers. Please keep in mind your character cannot have some god-like level of influence over this realm. That's an automatic no.
Some examples of good powers are:
- Being able to telepathically communicate with a pokemon
- Being able to talk to Pokemon
- Being able to psychically empathize with your pokemon
- Being able to psychically connect to the heart of a pokemon (this only really applies for sensing if a pokemon has been corrupted by some means)
- The ability to purify corruption from a pokemon or dispel a dark spirit
- The ability to corrupt a pokemon (which involves emotionally destabilizing it or telepathically harming it so that it's heart closes off or using a dark spirit to possess it)
- Telekinesis: the ability to lift yourself or objects up.
- sixth sense: The ability to detect dark spirits or auras in the area. (useful for hex maniacs)
Some Examples of Powers Which Aren't Good:
- pyrokinesis
- hydrokinesis
- Essentially anything that can done by a human that can be accomplished by a pokemon in this realm.
Take what you will from this small inquiry page. If you really want to know how you stand, the best option is to fill out an inquiry and see what I say.
Inquiry Skeleton - Code:
-
[big][big]Ability Request[/big][/big] [b]Ability:[/b] **Please describe what sort of power you would like** [b]Canonical Reason:[/b] **Explain what in canon gives this character your power, and why it would be a good fit for Paradoxym** [b]Possible Checks:[/b] **reasons how your powers can be negated / aren't cheating [b]Purpose:[/b] **Why do you want your character to have these powers in the first place** [/spoiler]
If your character has more than one ability that you would like to transfer into paradoxym, please repeat the second part of the skeleton starting with "ability" for each secondary power. There are no limits. However, the more you add the more of a risk that you're likely to get rejected because you're too OP for pokemon. [/spoiler]
