Since it was Earth Day April 22nd, our Creativity Laboratory (art Class) teacher told us to make a comic refering to that day, so i made this one. It was for motivating ecology in our school, and perhaps, anyone who reads it, this is going to be a big comic book the teacher'll make with other students' work.

Now, translation:

First Square: It's the year 2070, the Earth is almost like a huge desert, in a farawy place, a little girl found one of the few trees remaining in Earth.

Second Square: (Rectangle over the picture) The only survivor in the zone. (In the speech bubble) At last! My search is finished!

Third Square: Lucky you're still alive, i promise i'll protect you!

Fourth Square: (Rectangle over the picture) From the other side, someone comes...(In the speech bubble)What good wood can that tree give me. How much money i can win thanks to it!

Fifth Square: I'm gonna chop this tree with my laser saw and sell the most expensive wood in the world! (Little Girl) !

Sixth Square: Oh no, you won't. You'll have to kill me before you chop this tree. It gives you life!

Seventh Square: Absurd! Stop clowning around and let me win my life with this tree! It's just a plant!

Eighth Square: Win your life? *starts glowing* But you already have it, don't lose it while cutting this tree, it's one of Earth's lungs, one of the few it has left.

Ninth Square: *glows more* Besides, you humans have lost control, my friends and me have come in peace...

Tenth Square: *trasnforms to her normal self, an alien form* We'll amend what you have broken, we'll restore the Earth so you can respect it more than you do, and so you can live better!

Eleventh Square: We've been invaded by ecological aliens!But...but our planet...it's...OURS! We don't need you aliens here!

Twelveth Square: Some days after this event, aliens from the Tellus Planet defended the little green spaces and small forests that survived the cut, they sent rebellious humans to programming centers where they got brainwahsed.

That's where my comic ends, tell me what do you think of it. (No one word replies, no less than one sentence for replies, and think before posting)

I like it Daisy, very well scripted and drawn. The girl/alien looks like Telulu (Tellu) from Sailor Moon...although I think the resemblance was deliberate, knowing you anyway.

Hmmm, that was pretty good. I have to say that the people were pretty good too. The people could have been tweeked a little, but nothing that really would matter much. I really liked the way you go the message across. In fifth grade we had to make commic strips on recycling and one of my friends had ones with aliens too, my was a about a talking piece of paper. Good job!

Of course i did, since no one in the school actually watches Sailor moon. I chose her and changed the hair buns so the teacher couldn't find the resembance of her with the atrwork on my Biology notebook cover. Well, i picked her as a starring character because she has green hair, loves plants, and in the manga she transforms into a gorgon like creature. The script, well, you know, i thought "How must Earth look like from the outside with all this contamination?" And then, the idea came up to my mind.

Talking pieces of paper are good too Guinea_Pig. I've seen a few recycling comics, the message we had to deliver was "Take care of our Earth". I'm glad it can be seen easily. :)
