Free new maps from the community and from Valve in their other games puts quite a damper on this. HEY NEW WEAPONS Yeah, not feeling it. TF2's gotten a grand total of 15 new weapons - completely new - all for free. If I wanted to I'd make some fucking skins and call it new weapons. Chainsaw =/= worth making a new game HEY NEW ZOMBIES Probably not something you'd see in DLC, but still: I'm not going to buy a new freaking game for some new looking zombies. HEY IMPROVED AI DIRECTOR Yeah, that totally doesn't belong in some DLC. [/sarcasm] Then, you take into account what Valve has done and how they've handled their games, free frequent updates and all, and you just have to wonder "Why?" I've owned L4D for a month and a half, and now they're making a full-blown sequel....to be released 11 MONTHS after the actual game? It's a rip off. I almost hope this is some kind of joke and they're just messing with us.
